تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة Senior Security Manager (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) ضمن مشروع تطوير بنية تحتية بارز في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تطوير وإدارة استراتيجية وسياسات السلامة والأمن للمؤسسة لضمان الأداء العالي.
- إجراء تدريبات ميدانية لشركات إدارة المشاريع (PMCs) والمقاولين لتسهيل إعداد وتنفيذ خطط إدارة الأمن.
- العمل كمستشار للعميل في المسائل الأمنية.
- المساهمة في وضع أولويات الأمن مع ضمان دمج اعتبارات السلامة والامتثال في خطط المشاريع وميزانياتها.
- الدعم الفني: إجراء تقييمات للتهديدات والمخاطر الخاصة بالمشاريع وبيئة المخاطر في التطوير والمناسبات والمواقع المرتبطة.
- صياغة وتطوير خطط أمنية للموقع ضمن سياسات وإجراءات KBR ونطاق العمل والمتطلبات التنظيمية أو متطلبات العميل.
- دمج وصيانة واستخدام أنظمة ومتطلبات إدارة السفر الخاصة بـ KBR لتتبع مواقع ومعلومات الاتصال للموظفين في حالات المخاطر الأمنية العالية.
- تقديم المشورة والمساعدة للعميل في إدارة المهام الأمنية اليومية بما يشمل الأمن المادي، السفر الخاص، التنسيق، الاستجابة للحوادث، التقارير، والتحكم في الدخول.
- التنسيق للحوادث/حوادث الموظفين التي تشمل الموظفين والأصول، وإبلاغ الإدارة العليا والتوصية بإجراءات الاستجابة.
- تقديم المشورة الفنية الأمنية بالتنسيق مع الإدارة العليا بشأن جميع المسائل الأمنية.
- إجراء تدريبات وتمارين أمنية بالتنسيق مع العميل وعدد من شركات إدارة المشاريع وفقاً للمعايير الأمنية العالمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العدالة الجنائية، الإدارة الأمنية أو مجال ذي صلة، أو ما يعادلها دولياً.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الأمن بالمؤسسات أو إنفاذ القانون أو الجيش.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل في مشاريع دولية ضمن بيئات عالية المخاطر وغير آمنة.
- خبرة سابقة موثقة كمدرب ومهارات تدريبية لتطوير وتنفيذ وتسهيل التعلم لجمهور واسع.
- مستوى عالٍ من الخبرة مع استعداد لتعلم أدوات وإرشادات وأنظمة تقنية أمنية والعمل تحت إشراف بسيط.
- فهم مبادئ ومدونات السلوك المرتبطة بقطاع معين (مثل التصنيع، التطوير) في سياق الإنشاءات التجارية.
- القدرة على فهم السياسات المحلية والإقليمية والوطنية والدولية ومواقف التشغيل والتفاعلات، وتقديم إحاطات دقيقة للوضع الأمني والسياسي.
- فهم القضايا السياسية والسياقية والأخلاقية في المملكة العربية السعودية في المناطق المخصصة.
- خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع الوكالات الحكومية المحلية والأجنبية لتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والإجراءات الأمنية.
- التزام مثبت بالتنوع والمساواة والشمولية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة بطلاقة.
- الجنسية السعودية.
المؤهلات المفضلة
- خبرة في مواقع جغرافية متعددة.
- خبرة عمل سابقة في الجيش أو إنفاذ القانون أو خبرة ذات صلة في المجال الفني.
- حاصل على شهادة ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
- القدرة على تطوير استراتيجيات أمنية لمشاريع البنية التحتية الحيوية دولياً.

The Senior Security Manager supports the management and implementation of the Client’s security policies at the program and project levels. This position will provide hands-on support to the Client, numerous Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and contractors in assessing and managing the security situation related to existing and upcoming projects scope and is responsible for providing security coordination for members of the organization’s Senior Management Team in response to incidents, emergencies, and crises on behalf of the organization.
KBR is seeking an experienced Senior Security Manager who is able to lead by example, model KBRs culture and values, and foster an environment of teamwork, accountability, creativity, and innovation. - Assist in developing and managing the organization’s safety and security strategy and policies to ensure high performance.
- Conduct training on site for PMCs and contractors to facilitate development and implementation of security management plans.
- Serve as an advisor to the Client regarding security matters.
- Contribute to the development of security priorities ensuring the Development safety operations and compliance considerations are property built into specific project plans and budgets.
- Technical support
- Conduct threat and risk assessments of project specific and Development risk environment, events, and other designated venues associated with the Development.
- Draft and develop site security plans within KBR policies and procedures, operation scope, regulatory or Client’s requirements
- Integrate, maintain, and utilize KBR travel management requirements & systems to track the location and contact information for employees in the cases of high security risks.
- Advise and assist the Client to manage day to day security management duties to include all aspects of physical security, special travel, escorts, incident response, and reporting and access control.
- Serve as the part of coordinator for emergency/employees incidents involving employees and assets, inform senior management and recommend response actions.
- Provide technical security advice in consultation with senior management on all security matters
- Conduct security drills and exercises in coordination with the Client and numerous Project Management Consultants in accordance with global security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security administration or related field or international equivalent
- 10 years of security experience in corporate security, law enforcement or military
- Proven ability with international projects working in high-risk environments and contexts and operating in unsecured environments
- Substantial and documented, prior experience as a trainer and training skills - the ability to develop, implement, facilitate, and impart learning to a wide range of audiences
- High level of experience, ready to learn developing security related technical tools guidelines and systems as well as able to work under minimal supervision
- Understanding of principles and code of conduct associated with a specific sector and/or sub-sector of work such as, fabrication, development, etc. linked to other commercial construction contexts
- Effective and clear communicator, ability to collaborate across teams and geographies
- Skilled in interdisciplinary problem solving
- Ability to gain a precise understanding of the various local, regional, country, and international policies, operational positions, and interactions, providing clear dynamic briefings and analysis of given and unfolding security and political situations when they occur.
- Strong assessment, evaluation, analysis, and strategic planning and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work under stressful conditions.
- Understanding of the Saudi Arabian political, contextual, and ethical issues in assigned areas.
- Previous experience interacting with local government agencies, and other foreign agencies to implement security strategies and procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
- Experience in multiple geographic locations
- Prior military or law enforcement work experience or relevant experience in the technical area
- ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation
- Ability to develop security strategies for critical infrastructure projects internationally
