تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة فني كهرباء III (Electrical Technician III) في المنطقة الشرقية - الجبيل، السعودية. تعمل الشركة في مجالات الهندسة والابتكار وتهدف إلى تحسين العالم بمسؤولية وأمان. نحن نبحث عن فني كهرباء لتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والإصلاحية للأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية وفق أفضل الممارسات الآمنة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية اليومية لجميع الأنظمة والمعدات والمرافق الكهربائية في منطقة المسؤولية المحددة.
- ضمان الامتثال وتطبيق إجراءات السلامة والجودة الخاصة بشركة SATORP أثناء تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية.
- ضمان التنفيذ السليم للعمل والتحقق من الأنشطة المتعلقة بأعمال الصيانة الروتينية.
- إجراء أعمال الإصلاح واستكشاف الأعطال للأصول الكهربائية في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية لزيادة توافرها وموثوقيتها.
- تلقي توجيهات العمل من المشرف الكهربائي المختص بخصوص أوامر/طلبات صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية.
- متابعة تقدم أعمال الصيانة الكهربائية وتقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم للمشرف الكهربائي، مع الاحتفاظ بسجل لأعمال الصيانة اليومية مقابل برامج الصيانة المخطط لها وإعداد تقارير إنجاز العمل عند الاقتضاء.
- تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات ولوائح SATORP وضمان مراعاة جميع إجراءات السلامة والاحتياطات بدقة أثناء أعمال الصيانة.
- أداء الصيانة الوقائية للمفاتيح الكهربائية ذات الجهد العالي والمنخفض ومعدات التحكم، بما في ذلك اختبار مرحلات الحماية الإلكترونية وقواطع الدائرة الكهربائية وملامسات القضبان والموصلات والمشغلات الحركية ومفاتيح التحويل التلقائي.
- أخذ قراءات مكثف التفريغ الجزئي في المحركات ذات الجهد العالي.
- إجراء تحليل عبر الإنترنت للتوقيع الحالي للمحركات.
- إجراء اختبارات لجميع أنواع المحولات.
- دعم عمليات المفاتيح الكهربائية في المحطات الفرعية الكهربائية عند الطلب.
- أداء واجبات أخرى ذات صلة يكلف بها من قبل القائد الكهربائي المختص.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم في الهندسة أو ما يعادله.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز (لحملة الثانوية العامة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صيانة النفط والغاز (لحملة الدبلوم).
- الحصول على شهادة صلاحية صادرة من جهة تصديق خارجية معترف بها أو معهد سعودي معتمد تثبت المؤهلات والكفاءة لأداء الأعمال.
- فهم تقني قوي لإدارة صيانة مرافق النفط والغاز.
- منظم واستباقي بمهارات تواصل ممتازة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- عقلية وسلوك استباقي تجاه السلامة.
- معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية.
- معرفة جيدة بتصميم المعدات الكهربائية وتركيبها وصيانتها.
- معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهروهيدروليكية.
- معرفة جيدة بمبادئ الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية وإجراءات العمل.
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير والإجراءات واللوائح لتطوير الأنشطة مع مراعاة الصحة والسلامة والحفاظ على البيئة.
- مهارات تواصل وتعامل قوية مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
- التآزر والقدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة.

KBR is looking for Electrical Technician who can Execute activities of maintenance focused in compliance with the preventive and predictive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices.
Responsibilities
- Execute day to-day electrical maintenance activities on all electrical systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility.
- Ensure, complies and applied SATORP's Safety and Quality procedures, during the execution of electrical maintenance activities.
- Ensure a proper execution of work and check on the activities engaged in routine maintenance activities.
- Carryout repairing and troubleshooting activities on electrical assets are carried out in timely and quality manner that helps increase the availability and reliability of these systems.
- Receive work directions from the respective Electrical Supervisor, in relation to electrical systems maintenance orders/requests.
- Follow-up on electrical maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the respective Electrical Supervisor. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.
- Enforce SATORP’s policies, procedures and regulations and ensure that all safety measures and precautions are strictly considered and taken care of during conducting maintenance works.
- Perform Preventive maintenance in HV and LV switchgear and control gears including testing of electronic protection relay, power circuit breaker, bus, bar contactors, motor starters, ATS.
- Perform the readings of partial discharge capacitor in HV motor.
- Perform on line analysis of current signature of motors.
- Perform testing on all kinds of transformers
- Support the switchgear operations in electrical substation when are request to do so
- Perform other related duties as assigned by his respective Electrical Leader.
- Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
- Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Electrical systems.
- Good knowledge in Electrical equipment design, installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electro hydraulic systems
- Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and working procedures.
- Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to perform work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Synergic and Capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Good commands oral and written English.
- Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
- Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
