نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • تقديم الدعم لمحافظ الكهرباء الخاصة بالمرافق والمنشآت من خلال إجراء تقييمات حالة على مستوى الأنظمة، والتحقق من المخزون، ودعم تخطيط متطلبات الصيانة باستخدام نظام BUILDER وقواعد البيانات المرتبطة.
  • المساهمة في وظائف BIAT ودعم قيادة Sub-AMP وAMP من خلال تقديم مدخلات قابلة للتنفيذ لتحديد الأولويات والتخطيط وإدارة الأداء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء تقييمات حالة الأنظمة الكهربائية والتحقق من المخزون (الأنظمة الداخلية وواجهات البنية التحتية حسب التكليف).
  • دعم تحديد وتصحيح أخطاء المخزون ومشاكل جودة بيانات BUILDER ضمن الجداول الزمنية المطلوبة.
  • تقديم مدخلات فنية لممارسات السلامة الكهربائية، وأنظمة كشف الحرائق، وأنظمة التحكم، وتخطيط الصيانة والإصلاح.
  • مساعدة ورش العمليات بتوجيهات تحديد الأولويات وحل تعارض مهام العمل لصالح WRRB.
  • المشاركة في مجموعات عمل Sub-AMP ودعم تحقيق التوازن في تخطيط PM/CM وتطوير استراتيجيات CM متوسطة المدى.
  • دعم مراجعات البيانات ربع السنوية وتنفيذ معايير إدخال البيانات عبر الورش.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في أنظمة الكهرباء للمباني، والسلامة الكهربائية، وأنظمة كشف الحرائق، وتوزيع الطاقة، وأنظمة التحكم، وصيانة وإصلاح المعدات.
  • الحد الأدنى لمستوى 5 في القوات الجوية الأمريكية (Air Force minimum 5-level) أو خبرة معادلة.
  • إتمام دورات AFIT: WENG 200، WMGT 231، WMGT 417.
  • انضباط قوي في التوثيق والقدرة على تنفيذ متطلبات إنتاج التقييم.
  • القدرة على العمل بأمان وفقًا لمعايير OSHA والقوانين الكهربائية المعمول بها.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • الإلمام بمفاهيم السلامة من وميض القوس الكهربائي (Arc Flash) وتوثيق استكشاف أعطال أنظمة التحكم الكهربائية.
  • خبرة في BUILDER كمقيم (بما في ذلك سير عمل BRED).
  • خبرة في دعم إنارة المطارات/المناطق أو بيئات البنية التحتية الأساسية.

    Program Summary

    Under the AFCAP V Program, KBR supports the U.S. Air Force by providing Engineering Support Services to the 378 ECES. These services ensure mission-critical Installation Engineering, Asset Management and Visibility, and Real Property support to the 378 AEW. In addition to Engineering Support Services at Prince Sultan Air Base, KBR also provides food services and other quality-of-life support to sustain base operations.

    Job Summary

    The Electrical Technician supports Utilities and Facilities electrical portfolios by executing system-level condition assessments, validating inventories, and supporting sustainment requirements planning using SMS BUILDER and related data systems. This role contributes to BIAT functions and supports Sub-AMP and AMP leadership by providing actionable inputs for prioritization, planning, and performance management.

    Roles And Responsibilities

    • Conduct electrical system condition assessments and inventory verification (interior systems and infrastructure interfaces as assigned)
    • Support identification and correction of inventory errors and BUILDER data quality issues within required timelines
    • Provide technical input for electrical safety practices, fire detection systems, control systems, and maintenance/repair planning
    • Assist Operations Flight shops with prioritization guidance and deconfliction of work tasks for WRRB
    • Participate in Sub-AMP working groups and support PM/CM planning balance and mid-range CM strategy development
    • Support quarterly data reviews and implementation of data entry standards across shops

    Basic Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in building electrical systems, electrical safety, fire detection systems, power distribution, control systems, and equipment maintenance/repair
    • Air Force minimum 5-level or equivalent experience
    • AFIT required: WENG 200, WMGT 231, WMGT 417
    • Strong documentation discipline and ability to execute assessment production requirements
    • The ability to work safely in compliance with OSHA standards and applicable electrical codes.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with arc flash safety concepts and electrical control systems troubleshooting documentation
    • BUILDER assessor experience (including BRED workflows)
    • Experience supporting airfield/area lighting or base infrastructure environments
