تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة رئيس التخطيط والجدولة (Head of Planning and Scheduling) في مدينة الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى الإشراف على جميع أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة المتعلقة بالصيانة الروتينية في جميع المناطق التشغيلية، بما في ذلك الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية التي ينفذها المقاولون.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة قسم تخطيط الصيانة لدى المقاول من خلال توفير المعلومات والحلول التقنية.
  • إعداد خطة الصيانة طويلة المدى.
  • الاستخدام الفعال لنظام صيانة فعّال مثل CMMS.
  • مراقبة وجمع البيانات من النظام لعرضها على الإدارة.
  • تقديم حلول لتحسين الموارد.
  • تقديم مدخلات لإعداد ميزانية الصيانة لجميع المصانع.
  • مراجعة الإنفاق الفعلي مقابل الميزانية المخططة للصيانة والتوصية بالإجراءات اللازمة لتقليل الانحرافات.
  • إعداد تقرير شهري يسلط الضوء على خطط العمل والأنشطة الرئيسية المنفذة، وحضور اجتماعات قسم الصيانة الدورية.
  • مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لقسم تخطيط الصيانة مقابل الأهداف.
  • مراجعة وعرض تخطيط القوى العاملة.
  • متابعة قضايا التخطيط مع الأقسام التشغيلية والخدمية وقسم الصيانة بالشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال صيانة النفط والغاز مع حصول على دبلوم.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 أعوام في مجال صيانة النفط والغاز مع حصول على درجة البكالوريوس.
  • خبرة في الإشراف والقيادة في مجال تخطيط صيانة النفط والغاز.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تنظيمية عالية واستباقية مع قدرات تواصل ممتازة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • تفكير استراتيجي ومنفتح على الأفكار الجديدة.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

KBR is looking for an Head of planning and scheduling - Provide control and coordination of all planning and Scheduling activities related

to Routine Maintenance for all the operational areas, including Preventive,

Corrective and Predictive Maintenance carried out by Contractor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions.
  • Prepare long-term maintenance plan.
  • Effective use of efficient maintenance system like CMMS.
  • Monitor and collect data from system for review of management.
  • Provide solution for optimization of resources.
  • Provide Inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants.
  • Review actual Vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary action to minimize deviations.
  • Prepare monthly report highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attend regular maintenance dept meeting.
  • Monitor Maintenance planning section KPI’s against target.
  • Review and present manpower planning
  • Follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance dept for planning related issue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance Diploma.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance Bachelor Degree.
  • Supervision and leadership skills in the Oil & Gas maintenance planning field
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
