نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن التخطيط والجدولة والتنسيق للمشروع، مع تقديم التقارير إلى مدير مراقبة المشروع. المشروع هو برنامج بنية تحتية رئيسي لتطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يهدف إلى أن يكون معلمًا عالميًا في الرياض، وستقوم KBR بتقديم خدمات استشارية لإدارة المشروع في التخطيط والتحكم في المشاريع والتصميم وإدارة الهندسة وتنفيذ حزم التطوير والأعمال المبكرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة فريق من المخططين.
- إعداد وصيانة هيكل تجزئة العمل (WBS) والجدول الرئيسي المتكامل للمشروع.
- التنسيق مع مدراء الحزم والاستشاريين والمقاولين.
- تحليل وإعداد التقارير حول جداول وتقارير التقدم للاستشاريين والمقاولين.
- إجراء تحليل المسار الحرج للجداول الزمنية.
- إعداد تحليلات مخاطر مستقلة لجداول الاستشاريين والمقاولين.
- إعداد التقارير الشهرية والأسبوعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة أو العمارة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 سنة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في وظائف مشابهة.
- خبرة إقليمية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- عضوية مهنية وشهادات مهنية مطلوبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متينة بجميع الجوانب الهندسية والتجارية للمشاريع المدنية والبنية التحتية الكبرى.
- مستخدم متمرس لبرامج Primavera P6 وPert Master وMS Office.
- معرفة ممتازة بشبكات CPM، وتحليل تكاليف الموارد والتحميل، وتقنيات إدارة المخاطر.
- القدرة على مراقبة وتحليل التقدم بفعالية، وتحديد الاتجاهات، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مهارات ممتازة في كتابة التقارير.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم.
- تحمل المسؤولية.

The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.

KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a team of planners
- Preparation and maintenance of the project work break down structure and integrated project master schedule.
- Co-ordination with Package Managers, Consultants and Contractors.
- Analysing and reporting on Consultants and Contractors schedules and progress reports.
- Perform critical path analysis of schedules.
- Prepare independent risk analyses of Consultant and Contractor schedules.
- Preparation of monthly and weekly reports.
- BSc construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum overall relevant experience 15 years.
- Minimum relevant experience 5 years in the role projects.
- Minimum Regional Experience 5years.
- Professional memberships and charterships required.
- Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects.
- Experienced user of Primavera P6, Pert master and MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of CPM networks, resource and cost loading and risk management techniques.
- Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
