KBR, Inc. تبحث عن Stakeholder Manager للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. سيكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة واجهات برنامج DGDA مع الجهات المعنية الرئيسية، ضمن فريق برنامج تطوير كبير لمشروع مختلط الاستخدامات يهدف ليكون معلماً عالمياً في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير علاقات مع الجهات المعنية الرئيسية لتمكين التواصل الفعال بين جهاتهم وبرنامج DGDA.
  • دعم الفريق الفني ومديري التسليم في دفع قضايا المشروع عبر الجهات المعنية بنجاح، بهدف ضمان عدم تأثر جداول المشروع بموافقات وتصاريح الجهات.
  • تطوير فهم شامل لعمليات وتحديات كل جهة معنية لتمكين فريق إدارة المشاريع (PMC) لمرحلة DGDA الثانية من تخصيص المتطلبات وفقاً لذلك.
  • إبلاغ فريق PMC بقضايا الجهات المعنية لضمان تضمين الأطر الزمنية المناسبة في جداول المشروع لجميع الموافقات والتصاريح.
  • حضور اجتماعات التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية وإبلاغ المدير المختص بالقضايا/المخاوف/الإجراءات.
  • دعم الفريق الفني ومديري التسليم في حل القضايا بين الجهات المعنية واستشاريي التصميم والمقاولين.
  • دعم فرق الواجهات والهندسة في الاجتماعات أو المناقشات مع الجهات المعنية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات لمخاوف الجهات المعنية والإجراءات والمسؤولين وتواريخ الاستحقاق.
  • إعداد توصيات لتحسين إجراءات التواصل والموافقة مع الجهات المعنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة أو العمارة أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة.
  • خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 سنة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع مشابهة لنفس الدور.
  • خبرة إقليمية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
  • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
  • معرفة بإدارة التصميم والإنشاءات في مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية، بما في ذلك إدارة واجهات المرافق والتنسيق.
  • خبرة خاصة في التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية ومقدمي خدمات المرافق. يفضل خبرة مع الجهات السعودية.
  • خبرة ومهارات في تطوير وإدارة علاقات الجهات المعنية.

LOCATION

THE ROLE

Reports to the Project Director & Technical Director within the Programme Team. Responsible for DGDA Programme interface management with key stakeholders.

Project Description

The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to enable effective communication between their respective agency and the DGDA Programme.
  • Support the Technical Team and Delivery Managers in successfully driving project issues through the respective agencies, with the aim to ensure project schedules are not impacted by stakeholder approvals and permits.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each stakeholder agency’s processes and challenges to enable the DGDA Phase 2 PMC team to tailor requirements accordingly.
  • Feedback stakeholder issues to the PMC team to ensure appropriate timescales are included within project schedules for all approvals and permits.
  • Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders and communicate issues/concerns/actions to the appropriate Manager.
  • Support the Technical Team and Delivery Managers to resolve issues between stakeholders and Design Consultants and Contractors.
  • Support the Interface and Engineering Teams at meetings and/or discussions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of Stakeholder concerns, actions, owners, and due date.
  • Prepare recommendations to improve communication and approval procedures with stakeholders.

Experience, Skills And Knowledge

  • BSc construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum overall relevant experience 15 years.
  • Minimum relevant experience 10 years in the role projects.
  • Minimum Regional Experience 5years
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of design and construction management on civil infrastructure projects including utilities interface and coordination management.
  • Particular experience of dealing with Government Authorities and Utility Service Providers. Experience of KSA Authorities is desirable.
  • Experience and skills in developing and managing Stakeholder relationships.
