The Role:

To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake birds and process poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within the management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, within the Quality and Safety Standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the poultry or food industry.
• Experience working in a high-volume operational environment.
• Proven ability to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce.
• Experience in developing and finalizing production and maintenance plans in collaboration with production management teams.
• Committed to maintaining a safe working environment and minimizing workplace accidents.
• Exposure to automated process control and production systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Competencies such as; Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards • Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce cost and improve service level • Co-operative with superior’s peers and subordinates. • Able to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce • Able to develop a team environment and boost the output level of employees. • Able to work in co-ordination with multicultural workforce • Able to train people for required jobs and develop a multicultural workforce
