CT:

3.1 Proficient in operating a variety of Computed Tomography (CT) systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to and learn new equipment and technologies. 

3.2 Appropriately positioning patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.

3.3 Performing regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes.

3.4 Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.

3.5 Correctly interpreting doctors' written scanning instructions.

3.6 Administering radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.

3.7 Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.

3.8 Explaining scanning procedures to patients and able to provide informed consent prior to imaging, and ensuring patients are appropriately screened, providing reassurance and support as required. 

3.9 Presenting the images and your preliminary findings to the Physicians.

3.10 Competent to handle technical questions and inquiries and provide regular performance reports.

3.11 Must maintain the integrity and privacy of all patient information and must not disclose any information to any party. Such an act will lead to a financial penalty as well as the termination of the contract.

3.12 Adhere to Company’s policies, procedures, and objectives, ongoing quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

3.13 Committed/devoted to scheduled duty hours. (8 consecutive hours.)

3.14 Efficient and accurate coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.

3.15 Perform other related duties incidental to the work therein

3.16 Must report to the Radiology Administration immediately in case of any emergency, sickness, or absence.

3.17 Adhering to the internationally recognized Joint Commission International (JCI) guidelines and     CBAHI (local credentialing)
