شركة Mammoet تبحث عن مدير مشاريع (Project Manager) للعمل في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • اختبار مهاراتك الفنية في إدارة المشاريع ومهاراتك الشخصية.
  • الإشراف على التخطيط الحاسم، والتواصل، والقرارات، والإدارة، والإجراءات المرتبطة بالمشروع.
  • المسؤولية عن جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالعقد، وإدارة المخاطر، وإعداد المشروع، وتنفيذ المشروع، والتحكم في المشروع.
  • مع إظهار قدراتك، ستتاح لك فرصة الإشراف على مشاريع ذات نطاق وتعقيد متزايدين.
  • إذا أردت، ستتاح لك أيضاً فرصة التعامل مع مشاريع دولية وحتى عالمية، تتراوح مدتها من أيام إلى سنوات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • إدارة مشاريع على مستوى خبير (إعداد المشروع، الجودة، هياكل المشروع، التخطيط، إدارة المخاطر، العقود، التكاليف والمالية، المقابلات العملية، تنفيذ المشروع، القيادة، العمل الجماعي والتواصل، النزاعات والتفاوض).
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة بمستوى طلاقة.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مؤهل في إدارة المشاريع.
  • إثبات خبرة في مبادئ ومنهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
  • من 7 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة العملية المؤكدة كمدير مشاريع، ويفضل في صناعات الرفع الثقيل، البناء، الطاقة المتجددة، النفط والغاز، البحرية، الموانئ، التعدين.
  • مهارات قيادية ممتازة مع القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز فرق متعددة التخصصات بفعالية.
  • فطنة مالية سليمة وخبرة في إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع.
  • المرونة للسفر والعمل في مواقع مشاريع مختلفة حسب متطلبات المشروع.

Summary Of The Role

As the Project Manager, we will look to you to deliver each project safely and successfully. The potential is vast; the projects will be challenging, exciting, unique.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Test both your technical project management skills and your people skills
  • Oversee the critical planning, communications, decisions, management and actions connected to the project.
  • Responsible for all activity related to the contract, risk management, project preparation, project execution and project control.
  • As you demonstrate your ability, so there will be the opportunity to oversee projects of progressive scale and complexity.
  • Should you want, there will also be the opportunity handle international and even global projects, with durations ranging from days to years.


What You’ll Need

  • Project Management, expert level (project preparation, quality, project structures, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance, practice interviews, project execution, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations)
  • English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Qualification in Project Management
  • Evidence of experience as a Project manager principles, methodologies and tools.
  • 7-10 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in heavy lifting, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining industries.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivates cross-functional teams.
  • Sound financial-acumen and experience managing project budgets.
  • Flexible to travel and work on different project sites based on project requirements.
