المهام والمسؤوليات
- الاتصال بالعملاء الحاليين والمحتملين للترويج للمنتجات والخدمات.
- تحويل الاستفسارات إلى فرص بيع.
- إحالة العملاء المحتملين إلى مندوبي المبيعات.
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات الصناعة وعروض الشركة.
- بناء المعرفة بالمنتجات لتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء لتعزيز الأعمال المتكررة.
- تقديم حلول مخصصة لاحتياجات العملاء وقدراتهم.
- تسجيل وتحديث معلومات العملاء وبيانات المبيعات بدقة.
- فهم منتجات الشركة وخدماتها بالتفصيل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى.
- إبداعي ومستقل بدرجة عالية.
- دافعية ذاتية وقابلية للتكيف.
- قدرة قوية على تعلم وشرح المنتجات والخدمات للعملاء المحتملين.
- مهارات ممتازة في آداب الهاتف والتواصل.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office والأدوات التقنية ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- مهارات استثنائية في خدمة العملاء والتفاوض.
- شغف بالمبيعات ودافع لتحقيق الأهداف وتجاوزها.
- خبرة في الاتصال البارد (Cold Calling).
المتطلبات الإضافية (يفضل)
- خبرة مثبتة كمندوب مبيعات عبر الهاتف، ويفضل في مبيعات أنظمة ERP.
- خبرة في مبيعات B2B.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (تواصل وتفاوض).
- الجنسية السعودية.

- Contact existing and potential customers to promote products and services.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Refer potential leads to Sales Representatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
- Build product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Provide solutions tailored to client needs and capabilities.
- Record and update customer information and sales data accurately.
- Understand company products and services in detail.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Strong ability to learn and explain products and services to prospects.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tech tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets
- Cold calling experience
Nice to have
- Proven experience as a Tele sales Representative, preferably in ERP sales.
- B2B sales experience
- Fluency in English communication and negotiation skills
