تسعى شركة ألفاريز آند مارسال (Alvarez & Marsal) للاستشارات العالمية، من خلال فريق البنية التحتية والمشاريع الرأسمالية (Infra)، إلى تعيين Director & Senior Director للقطاع العام (البنية التحتية) في مكتبها بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة تنفيذ مهام المشروع وإظهار الخبرة وتحديد فرص تحسين العمليات ضمن المهام الموكلة.
  • عقد الاجتماعات والعروض التقديمية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الإداريين والتنفيذيين الداخليين، مع إظهار الكفاءة والثقة في مناقشة شؤون المشروع.
  • التعاون مع الفرق والعملاء والمشاركة في المفاوضات وتعزيز الشراكات الفعالة بين القيادات.
  • تطوير ورعاية العلاقات مع العملاء، والسعي لفهم احتياجاتهم والمساهمة في رضاهم.
  • المشاركة في الفعاليات والجمعيات الصناعية لتوسيع الشبكات المهنية وتحديد فرص النمو المحتملة.
  • المساهمة في تحديد ومتابعة الفرص التجارية الجديدة بما يتوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للفريق والوحدات الأخرى.
  • قيادة تحليلات المشروع واقتراح خطط قابلة للتنفيذ وإظهار قدرات قوية في اتخاذ القرارات.
  • إظهار الصفات القيادية مع توجيه تسليم المشروع بفعالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع وتطوير الأعمال، ويفضل أن تكون في الاستشارات أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في القطاع العام مع مشاريع واسعة النطاق (شرط أساسي).
  • إجادة اللغة العربية (شرط أساسي).
  • الاستعداد للسفر حسب الحاجة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل، والقدرة على صياغة الأفكار لجماهير متنوعة.
  • قدرة مثبتة على تحليل المواقف المعقدة وتطوير الحلول مع التركيز على الإبداع والتفكير النقدي.
  • مبادرة ذاتية مع فطنة تجارية قوية ونهج موجه نحو النتائج.
  • عقلية ريادية مع طموح واستعداد للمخاطرة.
  • قدرات استثنائية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.

The Team

The Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Infra) team focuses on improving return on investment capital and reducing the risks specific to capital projects. The Infra team is built on deep industry sector expertise with a demonstrably differentiated ability to address the most complex business problems and by supporting our owner/operator/contractor clients with the expertise of our deep project, Alvarez & Marsal's ultimate goal is to reduce the level of uncertainty associated with the development and operational costs of your projects, contributing to greater shareholder value drawn from procurement through execution and asset management through different solutions.

How You Will Contribute

A&M continues to expand in EMEA, and we are looking to recruit a Director & Senior Director to be based in our Riyadh office. Working with some of the industry's brightest and most experienced colleagues, you will:

  • Lead the execution of project workstreams, demonstrating expertise and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the assigned tasks.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, as well as internal managerial and executive stakeholders, showcasing proficiency and confidence in discussing project matters.
  • Collaborate with teams and clients, engaging in negotiations and fostering effective partnerships between leadership.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, seeking to understand their needs and contributing to their satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and associations to broaden professional connections and identify potential growth avenues.
  • Contribute to the identification and pursuit of new business prospects, aligned with the strategic goals of Infra and other Business Units.
  • Drive project analyses, propose actionable plans, and exhibit strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities while effectively guiding project delivery.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and business development, ideally within consulting or related industries.
  • 8+ years experience within public sector large scale projects experience is necessary.
  • Arabic language skills is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions, emphasizing creativity and critical thinking.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions with senior management, clients, and colleagues.
