في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على التخزين وإدارة المخزون وتوزيع الأجهزة الطبية داخل منشأة مستودع في المملكة العربية السعودية. تشمل أهدافك الرئيسية ضمان سلامة وأمن ومعالجة سليمة للأجهزة الطبية مع الالتزام باللوائح المحلية ومعايير الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وصيانة تخطيط فعال لتخزين الأجهزة الطبية مع مراعاة عوامل مثل حجم المنتج وتصنيفه ومتطلبات درجة الحرارة.
- تنفيذ مبادئ نظام Danaher Business System (DBS) لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي في المستودع، وتحسين العمليات باستمرار، والقضاء على الهدر، وزيادة الكفاءة.
- الإشراف على جميع جوانب عمليات المستودع بما في ذلك الاستلام والتخزين وإدارة المخزون وتنفيذ الطلبات والشحن، وضمان سير عمل سلس وفعال لتلبية طلبات العملاء وتقليل أوقات التسليم.
- تنفيذ أنظمة رقابة قوية على المخزون لتتبع مستويات المخزون وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية وأرقام الدفعات، بما في ذلك إجراء عمليات تدقيق منتظمة وضمان دقة السجلات.
- البقاء على اطلاع باللوائح المحلية مثل لوائح الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء السعودية (SFDA) وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات التخزين ووضع العلامات والتوثيق.
- تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة مثل مراقبة درجة الحرارة لضمان سلامة الأجهزة الطبية طوال عملية التخزين والتوزيع.
- وضع إجراءات معالجة سليمة لمنع تلف أو تلوث الأجهزة الطبية، بما في ذلك طرق التعبئة والتغليف ووضع العلامات والنقل المناسبة.
- قيادة والإشراف على فريق من العاملين في المستودع، وضمان تدريبهم وتحفيزهم واتباعهم لأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة (5 سنوات كحد أدنى) في إدارة عمليات المستودعات، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الأجهزة الطبية.
- معرفة قوية وخبرة في تطبيق مبادئ نظام Danaher Business System (DBS) أو منهجيات الإدارة الرشيقة الأخرى.
- الإلمام باللوائح والمعايير المحلية المتعلقة بتخزين الأجهزة الطبية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing the storage, inventory management, and distribution of medical devices within a warehouse facility in Saudi Arabia. Job Requirements Include
- Warehouse Layout and Organization: Designing and maintaining an efficient layout for the storage of medical devices, considering factors such as product size, classification, and temperature requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and drive the principles of the Danaher Business System (DBS) to achieve operational excellence in the warehouse. Continuously improve processes, eliminate waste, and optimize efficiency.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Ensure smooth and efficient workflows to meet customer demands and minimize lead times.
- Inventory Management: Implementing robust inventory control systems to track stock levels, expiry dates, and batch numbers. This includes conducting regular audits and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Regulatory Compliance: Staying updated with local regulations, such as those from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), and ensuring compliance with storage, labeling, and documentation requirements.
- Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures, such as temperature monitoring, to ensure the integrity and safety of medical devices throughout their storage and distribution process.
- Handling and Packaging: Establishing proper handling procedures to prevent damage or contamination of medical devices. This includes appropriate packaging, labeling, and transportation methods.
- Team Management: Leading and supervising a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and following best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in applying the principles of the Danaher Business System (DBS) or other lean management methodologies.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to medical device storage and distribution in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
