انضم إلى فريق هيلتون في السعودية كمشرف سبا (Spa Supervisor)، حيث ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على عمليات النادي الصحي والمنتجع الصحي، ونشر الدفء والضيافة لخلق تجارب لا تُنسى لكل ضيف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات النادي الصحي: دعم المدير / مدير القسم في تشغيل النادي الصحي، مركز اللياقة البدنية، المنتجع الصحي، أو صالون التجميل.
- قيادة فريق النادي الصحي: تدريب وجدولة والإشراف على أعضاء الفريق في أدوار اللياقة البدنية والسبا وخدمة الضيوف لضمان تجربة ضيوف سلسة وعالية الجودة.
- تقديم الدعم العملي: التدخل في أدوار الموظفين عند الحاجة للحفاظ على استمرارية الخدمة وضمان الجودة عبر جميع نقاط التواصل مع الضيوف.
- دعم العمليات التجارية: المساعدة في التسويق، عرض البضائع، البرمجة، إدارة المخزون، وتتبع الأداء المالي لتعزيز المشاركة والكفاءة.
- الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية: الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والصرف الصحي والوعي بالكحول، وضمان أعلى معايير رفاهية الضيوف وأعضاء الفريق.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Supervise health club operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon
- Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
- Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
- Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
