المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ اختبارات تفصيلية لوظائف المنتج والأداء والتوافق وتجربة المستخدم بناءً على حالات الاختبار.
  • توثيق وتقارير دقيقة للعيوب المكتشفة في الأجهزة وبرامج النظام (مثل Windows) والسائقين والتطبيقات المثبتة مسبقاً، والمساعدة في إعادة إنتاج المشكلات.
  • دعم إعداد بيئات اختبار أجهزة الكمبيوتر الشخصية، بما في ذلك نشر نظام التشغيل وتثبيت السائقين وتوصيل الملحقات وتكوين برامج الاختبار.
  • كتابة حالات اختبار محددة وتقديم ملاحظات حول سهولة الاستخدام والتصميم من منظور المستخدم النهائي.
  • التواصل الفعال مع الفريق والاستجابة السريعة وإتمام مهام الاختبار الموكلة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو المعلومات الإلكترونية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
  • فهم مفاهيم اختبار البرمجيات الأساسية واهتمام قوي بأجهزة الكمبيوتر.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الاختبار؛ يفضل خبرة في الأجهزة المحمولة أو الأجهزة الذكية أو الإلكترونيات الاستهلاكية.
  • الإلمام باستخدام نظام Windows التشغيل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإعادة تثبيت النظام.
  • معرفة مكونات أجهزة الكمبيوتر (مثل المعالج والذاكرة والقرص الصلب) ومهارات التعرف الأساسية على الأجهزة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة أساسية بأي لغة برمجة (مثل Python أو PowerShell) والقدرة على كتابة نصوص بسيطة.

We are looking for a PCG Testing Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will execute detailed product testing, document defects, support test environment setup, and provide usability feedback.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed testing of product functionality, performance, compatibility, and user experience based on test cases.
  • Accurately document and report defects found in hardware, system software (e.g., Windows), drivers, and pre-installed applications, and assist in issue reproduction.
  • Support the setup of PC testing environments, including OS deployment, driver installation, peripheral connections, and test software configuration.
  • Write selected test cases and provide usability and design feedback from an end-user perspective.
  • Communicate actively with the team, respond quickly, and complete assigned testing tasks.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Information, or related fields.
  • Understanding of basic software testing concepts and strong interest in computer hardware.
  • Minimum 2 years of testing experience; experience in mobile devices, smart hardware, or consumer electronics is preferred.
  • Familiar with Windows OS usage, troubleshooting, and system reinstallation.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware components (e.g., CPU, memory, hard drive) and basic hardware identification skills.
  • Basic knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and ability to write simple scripts.
