تسعى شركة Lenovo، إحدى أكبر شركات التكنولوجيا العالمية، لتعيين Senior FP&A في مصنعها بالرياض (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل على التخطيط المالي والرقابة على التكاليف داخل بيئة تصنيعية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة عمليات التنبؤ بمصاريف التصنيع غير المباشرة (MVA) والنفقات الرأسمالية (CAPEX).
  • إجراء تحليل الفروق والفجوات مقابل الميزانية، ومقارنات ربع سنوية وسنوية، وتكاليف الإنجاز.
  • مراقبة والتحكم في استثمارات النفقات الرأسمالية ومصاريف التصنيع ضمن الأهداف المعتمدة.
  • إدارة عمليات الموافقة النظامية المتعلقة بالإنفاق على النفقات الرأسمالية ومصاريف التصنيع.
  • التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة في المصنع لتحسين وضوح التكاليف ودقتها المالية.
  • إجراء تحليل مفصل لتكاليف التصنيع لنماذج المنتجات الرئيسية.
  • دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتحسين هياكل تكاليف التصنيع.
  • تقديم رؤى وتوصيات مالية لتعزيز أداء الأعمال.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المالية، ويفضل في بيئة تصنيعية.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية المعقدة.
  • طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
  • مهارات تواصل وإدارة علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية جيدة مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة بفعالية.

As a Sr. Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist you will focus on financial planning and cost control within a manufacturing environment, with a key emphasis on CAPEX and manufacturing overhead (MVA) management. The role involves close collaboration with plant stakeholders to drive cost efficiency through forecasting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead MVA (manufacturing overheads) and CAPEX forecasting processes
  • Perform variance and gap analysis against budget, quarter-to-quarter, year-over-year, and cost-to-complete metrics.
  • Monitor and control CAPEX investments and manufacturing expenses within approved targets.
  • Manage system approval processes related to CAPEX and MVA spending.
  • Partner with plant stakeholders to improve cost visibility and financial accuracy.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing costs for key product models.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing cost structures.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
