- التنسيق مع المشرفين وأفراد الطاقم.
- إكمال السجلات والتقارير المطلوبة.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الشركة واللوائح ذات الصلة.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للمعدات والصيانة الأساسية.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والبيئة والجودة في الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في عمليات الحقول النفطية والغازية.
- شهادة دبلوم تقني أو شهادة في الحفر أو النفط والغاز أو تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة (يفضل).
- خبرة سابقة كحفار أو مساعد حفار (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على اتباع إجراءات السلامة والعمل في الظروف الخارجية والصعبة.
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع أعضاء الفريق والالتزام بسياسات الشركة وتعليمات العمل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في الحفر والحفر الاتجاهي (Drilling and Directional Drilling)، بما في ذلك اتباع برامج الحفر وتعديل العمليات حسب ظروف الموقع.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driller role located in Abqaiq. The Driller will operate and monitor drilling equipment and systems to safely and efficiently perform drilling operations in oil and gas and related construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drilling sites, setting up and inspecting equipment, following drilling plans, monitoring drilling parameters, and making adjustments as needed to maintain performance and safety. The Driller will coordinate with supervisors and crew members, complete required logs and reports, and ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations. The role also involves routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Drilling and Directional Drilling, including experience following drilling programs and adjusting operations based on site conditions.
- Candidates should be proficient in working with Heavy Equipment related to drilling operations, with an understanding of safe operation, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should have skills in Inspection of drilling tools, equipment, and work areas to identify hazards, ensure proper functioning, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Candidates should have experience in Oil & Gas field operations, including familiarity with industry practices, terminology, and safety requirements.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in drilling, oil and gas, or heavy equipment operation is preferred; prior experience as a driller or assistant driller is an advantage.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work in outdoor and demanding conditions, communicate clearly with team members, and adhere to company policies and work instructions.
