Job Purpose
The Regional HR Specialist manages day-to-day HR operations for the assigned region, acting as the primary point of contact for employee lifecycle events, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Attendance & Time Tracking: Monitor daily attendance, shifts, and leaves; calculate monthly overtime and deductions for payroll processing.
- Payroll Coordination: Consolidate regional payroll variables (bonuses, commissions, deductions) and partner with Finance to ensure accurate, timely salary disbursement.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the complete lifecycle process-from gathering new-hire documents and conducting HR inductions to managing exits and final settlements.
- HR Administration: Maintain compliant employee records, draft official letters/contracts, and coordinate with the GR/PRO team on visa and residency renewals.
- Employee Relations: Address staff inquiries, support regional managers with policy enforcement, and help drive local employee engagement.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years as an HR Generalist or Personnel Specialist, ideally in Logistics, Express, or E-commerce.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data/payroll tracking) and experience with HRIS systems.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus).
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of local Labor Laws and social insurance regulation
