المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة مشروع واحد أو أكثر متوسطة التعقيد، تشمل عملاء بنطاق جغرافي إقليمي، أو مشاريع تتضمن خدمات متعددة، أو مشاريع ذات تعقيدات إضافية (تقاضي، حماية بيئية، العناية الواجبة).
- إدارة جميع مراحل المشروع من البداية حتى الإغلاق مع الالتزام بالنطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانية.
- العمل بشكل مستقل مع تلقي توجيهات أساسية حول المهام المحددة والأهداف والحلول المعقدة.
- تلقي التوجيه الفني للمشكلات غير المألوفة أو المعقدة، واعتماد خطط المشروع المقترحة من المشرف.
- الإشراف على مهندسين كبار في جميع التخصصات المعنية، بالإضافة إلى إدارة المشروع، والتحكم، والجدولة، وتقدير التكاليف، والمشتريات.
- تقديم التوجيه والتطوير المهني للمهندسين المبتدئين والمتوسطين لتعزيز النمو الفني والتقدم الوظيفي.
- إجراء مراجعات ضمان الجودة ومراجعات فنية لضمان الامتثال للمعايير الهندسية واللوائح المحلية في المملكة.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية، وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة ومعالجة المخاوف وضمان رضا العملاء.
- الإشراف على تخصيص الميزانية وتخطيط الموارد وتدابير مراقبة التكاليف لتحسين ربحية المشروع وكفاءة التشغيل.
- تحديد وتقييم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تخفيف المخاطر لتقليل تأخير المشروع وتجاوز التكاليف والتحديات الفنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع لوائح المملكة ومعايير حماية البيئة والالتزامات التعاقدية.
- إعداد وثائق المشروع الشاملة والتقارير والتسليمات لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- دفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتحسين العمليات لتعزيز منهجيات تسليم المشاريع وأداء الفريق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الهندسة، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع مع مسؤولية عن مشاريع متوسطة التعقيد.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع عبر مراحل متعددة من البداية إلى الإغلاق.
- خبرة في الإشراف وقيادة الفرق الهندسية وطاقم دعم المشروع.
- معرفة قوية بکود البناء السعودي واللوائح الهندسية المحلية.
- يفضل: درجة الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل: شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل: خبرة في إدارة مشاريع ذات نطاق جغرافي إقليمي أو تنسيق متعدد المكاتب.
- يفضل: الإلمام بمشاريع دعم التقاضي أو حماية البيئة أو العناية الواجبة.
- يفضل: إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع وأدوات التصميم الهندسي.
- يفضل: خبرة في مراقبة التكاليف والجدولة والتقدير وإدارة المشتريات.
- يفضل: القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع إدارة التحديات الفنية المعقدة.

Job Description
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Manages one or more moderately complex projects, involving a combination of the following:
- Clients with a regional geographic footprint; OR
- Projects involving multiple services provided by regional IE offices; OR
- Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
- Manages all phases of projects from inception through closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
- Works mostly independently but receives basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features, and possible solutions.
- Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed project plans.
- Supervises senior-level engineers across all applicable disciplines, as well as project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and procurement representatives.
- Provides mentoring and professional development guidance to junior and mid-level engineering staff to foster technical growth and career advancement.
- Conducts quality assurance reviews and technical audits to ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements specific to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Manages client relationships and stakeholder communications, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project delivery.
- Oversees budget allocation, resource planning, and cost control measures to optimize project profitability and operational efficiency.
- Identifies, assesses, and implements risk mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and technical challenges.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable KSA regulations, environmental protection standards, and contractual obligations throughout project execution.
- Prepares comprehensive project documentation, reports, and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization to enhance project delivery methodologies and team performance.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Demonstrated project management experience with responsibility for moderately complex projects
- Proven experience managing projects across multiple phases from inception to closeout
- Experience supervising and leading engineering teams and project support staff
- Strong knowledge of KSA building codes, regulations, and local engineering standards
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience managing projects with regional geographic scope or multi-office coordination
- Familiarity with litigation support, environmental protection, or due diligence projects
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools
- Experience in cost control, scheduling, estimating, and procurement management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst managing complex technical challenges
