انضم إلى شركة AECOM، الشركة الاستشارية الهندسية الرائدة عالمياً، في دور Senior Engineer - Utilities (Mechanical) في مكة جدة، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي ذو خبرة للمساهمة في مشاريع بنية تحتية مؤثرة ضمن فريق عالمي يضم أكثر من 50,000 متخصص.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أجزاء محددة ومتوسطة من مهام مهندس ذي خبرة أوسع.
- جمع وربط بيانات هندسية أولية باستخدام إجراءات ثابتة ومحددة بشكل جيد.
- العمل على مهام هندسية تفصيلية أو روتينية تتضمن حسابات واختبارات بسيطة نسبياً.
- اقتراح نهج لحل المشكلات الجديدة باستخدام تعديلات على الإجراءات القياسية أو الأساليب المطورة في المهام السابقة.
- تحديد التناقضات في النتائج وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- توجيه وإرشاد المهندسين المبتدئين حول المفاهيم التقنية وأفضل الممارسات.
- أداء العمل وفقاً للميزانية والجدول الزمني المتفق عليه مع إشراف بسيط.
- إنجاز جميع المهام اللازمة لإكمال عناصر التصميم الأساسية للأعمال الهندسية بشكل مستقل.
- تطوير وصيانة وثائق فنية شاملة تتضمن حسابات التصميم والمواصفات والتقارير الهندسية.
- ضمان الامتثال للكودات والمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية المطبقة لأنظمة المرافق الميكانيكية.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات كالعمليات والصيانة وإدارة المشاريع لتحسين أداء الأنظمة وموثوقيتها.
- إجراء مراجعات ضمان الجودة والإشراف على بروتوكولات الاختبار للتحقق من سلامة التصميم ووظائف النظام.
- المشاركة في أنشطة تخطيط المشاريع وجدولتها لضمان تسليم المخرجات الهندسية في الوقت المحدد.
- التوصية بتحسينات العمليات وكفاءة أنظمة المرافق الميكانيكية بناءً على تحليل الأداء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10-15 عاماً في أنظمة المرافق الميكانيكية أو الأنظمة ذات الصلة.
- إتقان الحسابات الهندسية وبرامج التصميم وتطبيقات CAD.
- معرفة قوية بكودات ومعايير ومتطلبات تنظيمية مثل ASME وANSI وكودات البناء المحلية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إعداد الوثائق الفنية والحسابات التصميمية والتقارير الهندسية.
- فهم متين لتصميم وتركيب وتشغيل أنظمة المرافق الميكانيكية.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة مع القدرة على تحديد وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مهام متعددة ضمن قيود الميزانية والجدول الزمني.
- خبرة في التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات في بيئة هندسية مهنية.
- الحضور الشخصي في أول يوم عمل في مكتب AECOM كشرط للتوظيف.
المهارات المطلوبة
- رخصة مهندس محترف (PE) أو مؤهل للحصول عليها.
- خبرة في توجيه المهندسين المبتدئين أو تقديم إرشاد فني لهم.
- المام ببروتوكولات ضمان الجودة ومنهجيات الاختبار.
- خلفية في تحسين العمليات وتحسين أداء الأنظمة.

Job Description
- Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
- Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
- Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
- Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.
- Identifies discrepancies in results and implements corrective actions.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to entry-level engineers on technical concepts and best practices.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
- Independently performs all tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and engineering reports.
- Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements for mechanical utilities systems.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and project management to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Conducts quality assurance reviews and oversees testing protocols to verify design integrity and system functionality.
- Participates in project planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
- Recommends process improvements and efficiency enhancements for mechanical utility systems based on performance analysis.
- Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 10-15 years of professional engineering experience in mechanical utilities or related systems
- Proficiency in engineering calculations, design software, and CAD applications
- Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (ASME, ANSI, local building codes)
- Demonstrated experience developing technical documentation, design calculations, and engineering reports
- Solid understanding of mechanical utility systems design, installation, and operation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and implement corrective actions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within budget and schedule constraints
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a professional engineering environment
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior engineers
- Familiarity with quality assurance protocols and testing methodologies
- Background in process improvement and system optimization
- Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or other mechanical utility systems
