We are announcing a vacancy for the position of Distribution Officer in the Production Department

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving branch orders and entering them accurately into the system
• Converting orders into production work orders and following up on their execution within the department
• Managing and tracking returns and documenting them properly in the system
• Continuously and accurately updating all data and processes through the ERP system
• Ensuring the accuracy of orders and quantities before handover
• Delivering ready orders to the Logistics Department.
• Working as part of the production team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• High school diploma or diploma degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
