Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in food manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining production lines and industrial equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring maximum equipment efficiency while complying with food safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the maintenance of food production lines and manufacturing equipment

Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults

Minimize production downtime and improve equipment reliability

Ensure all machinery is operating efficiently before and during production

Coordinate with the Production team to ensure uninterrupted operations

Monitor spare parts inventory and arrange procurement when required

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in the food manufacturing industry

Hands-on experience with production lines, conveyor systems, mixers, and packaging machines

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems is preferred
