Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, with mandatory experience in the lubricants and industrial oils manufacturing sector. This role requires expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function and oversee all accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost analysis.
- Ensure accurate product costing and monitor production variances.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to improve operational and financial performance.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial efficiency across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while promoting a high-performance culture.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and executive leadership.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and business insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, SOCPA, or an equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in the lubricants and industrial oils manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost accounting.
- Solid understanding of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
