تعلن شركة هيلتون عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى أخصائي تقنية المعلومات (IT Specialist) في السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمة استثنائية من خلال معالجة طلبات الخدمة الخاصة بالمعدات التقنية والاتصال لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة وفقاً لمعايير شبكة تقنية هيلتون (HTN).
- صيانة وإدارة مخزون المعدات التقنية والأجهزة والبرمجيات والأصول المرتبطة بها.
- تركيب وإعداد وفك معدات الصوت والفيديو والاتصالات والشبكات وتقنية المعلومات في غرف الضيوف وقاعات الاجتماعات ومناطق العمل بالفندق.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والتدريب للمستخدمين النهائيين على حل مشكلات الأجهزة والبرمجيات.
- معالجة فواتير الضيوف المتعلقة بالمعدات والخدمات، ومعالجة الاستفسارات الداخلية والخارجية، واعتماد التعديلات اللازمة على الفواتير لضمان رضا الضيوف.
- توثيق أعمال الصيانة والإصلاحات الروتينية وطلبات الخدمة الخاصة لجميع المعدات التقنية، ووضع علامات على أي مشكلات تتطلب مزيداً من الاهتمام.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Provide exceptional service: Promptly address technology equipment and connectivity service requests to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure, IT systems, and cellular services in compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards
- Keep tech equipment running smoothly: Maintain and manage inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets
- Perform tech installations: Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas
- Provide end-user training: Offer technical support and training for hardware and software issues
- Handle guest billing: Process equipment and service billing for guests, address internal/external concerns, and authorize necessary billing adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests for all technology equipment and flag any issues requiring further attention
