تعلن شركة Oracle Overseas عن توفر وظيفة فني مدني (Civil Technician) في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إنشاء ومراجعة مخططات التصميم الهندسي والرسومات ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام برامج CAD.
  • إجراء التعديلات التصميمية اللازمة بناءً على قيود الميزانية ومتطلبات العميل.
  • إجراء مسوحات ميدانية باستخدام أدوات متخصصة لجمع البيانات الطبوغرافية والموقعية.
  • تجهيز المعدات اللازمة لدراسات المرور أو الرصد البيئي.
  • تسجيل وتفسير البيانات الفنية لإعداد رسومات المسح الأولية.
  • جمع وتحليل عينات التربة والصخور ومواد البناء الأخرى في الميدان أو المختبر.
  • تقييم مدى ملاءمة وجودة وقوة مواد البناء.
  • حساب كمية العمالة ونوع وكمية المواد المطلوبة للمشروع.
  • إجراء تحليلات التكلفة وتقييم عروض المقاولين الفرعيين والتنبؤ بالإطار الزمني للبناء.
  • تفقد مواقع البناء النشطة لضمان توافق العمل مع مواصفات التصميم والكودات الإنشائية.
  • مراقبة التقدم اليومي والتنسيق مع المقاولين الفرعيين والموردين لإبقاء المشروع ضمن الجدول الزمني.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال ذات صلة.
  • حاصل على دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية (Diploma in Civil Engineering).

Design & Drafting

  • Creating and revising engineering design plans and 2D/3D blueprints using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.
  • Making necessary design changes or modifications based on budget and client constraints.

Site Surveying & Data Collection

  • Conducting field surveys using specialized instruments to collect topographic and site data.
  • Setting up equipment for traffic studies or environmental monitoring.
  • Recording and interpreting technical data to prepare survey sketches.

Materials & Quality Control

  • Collecting and analyzing soil, rock, and other construction material samples in the field or laboratory.
  • Evaluating the suitability, quality, and strength of building materials.

Project Planning & Cost Estimation

  • Calculating the amount of labor and the type/quantity of materials needed for a project.
  • Conducting cost analyses, evaluating subcontractor tenders, and predicting construction timeframes.

On-Site Supervision & Compliance

  • Inspecting active construction sites to ensure the work aligns with design specifications and structural codes.
  • Monitoring daily progress and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on schedule.
  • Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
