Growth Marketing Specialist

We're building something new.

We're a tech startup launching a major AI-powered platform in Saudi Arabia this September. We're a small team moving fast - and we're looking for a growth marketing specialist who wants to grow with us from day one.

This is not a corporate role. You won't be handed a playbook. You'll help build one.

What you'll be doing

You'll work across everything that gets us in front of our audience - content, social, campaigns, and whatever else the moment calls for. No two weeks will look the same.

Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X - Arabic and English

Help plan and execute our September launch campaign

Write copy for emails, ads, landing pages, and product announcements

Track what's working and what isn't - and share your findings clearly

Support paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google

Research competitors, market trends, and what our audience actually cares about

Coordinate with designers and the product team on marketing materials

Be in the room when decisions get made - your input matters

What we're looking for

0-2 years of experience in marketing, content, or a related role - agency, startup, or in-house

Strong writer in Arabic and English - you can switch between both naturally

Curious about AI, tech, and how businesses grow

Organised enough to manage multiple things at once without dropping anything

Comfortable in a startup - things change, priorities shift, and that energises you rather than frustrates you

Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate

Bonus if you have

Experience running social media for a brand

Basic design skills - enough to move fast without always waiting for a designer

Understanding of SEO or paid social basics
