- تأسست Group-IB عام 2003 ومقرها سنغافورة، وهي شريك لكل من الإنتربول واليوروبول، وتقدم حلولاً متقدمة في مجال الأمن السيبراني وحماية الهوية الرقمية.
- تعمل على حماية كبرى المؤسسات والمؤسسات المالية حول العالم من الاحتيال الإلكتروني والهجمات الإلكترونية، وتساهم في تأمين حياة أكثر من 300 مليون مستخدم للخدمات المصرفية عبر الإنترنت والتجارة الإلكترونية والبوابات الحكومية.
- تشمل المهام اليومية التحقيق في حالات الاحتيال الإلكتروني، وإجراء أبحاث متعمقة حول النشاط الاحتيالي، وتطوير قدرات الحلول وآليات الكشف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل الأحداث المشبوهة وجلسات المستخدمين للكشف عن السلوك الاحتيالي.
- استخدام أحدث تقنيات كشف الاحتيال واقتراح طرق جديدة لتحسين الأداء.
- المشاركة في تطوير نظام حماية الهوية الرقمية وكشف الاحتيال.
- إعداد تقارير حول نشاط الاحتيال وإجراء أبحاث حول النشاطات الضارة.
- دعم العملاء في تحليل الاحتيال والتحقيقات واستخدام منصة الحماية من الاحتيال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات تواصل وعرض جيدة، حل المشكلات، مهارات تحليلية قوية، ومهارات حاسوبية ممتازة.
- إجادة استخدام Python وأطر تحليل البيانات (pandas, NumPy).
- خبرة في العمل مع قواعد البيانات.
- معرفة أساسية بتقنيات تطبيقات الويب والموبايل.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني أو علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة JavaScript (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة أساسية بتعلم الآلة (ML) (ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة استخدام أطر وأدوات تصور البيانات (plotly, dash, matplotlib) (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في مجال مكافحة الاحتيال في البنوك/التجارة الإلكترونية أو خلفية في الأمن السيبراني (ميزة إضافية).

YOUR MISSION
- Analyze suspicious events and user sessions for fraud behavior
- Successfully utilize the latest technologies of fraud detection and come up with new methods
- Participate in the development of a digital identity protection system and fraud detection
- Prepare fraud activity reports and conduct research of malicious activity
- Support customers with fraud analysis, investigations, and usage of the Fraud Protection Platform
- Good communication and presentation skills, problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and great computer skills
- Proficiency in python and data analysis frameworks (pandas, NumPy)
- Experience working with databases
- Basic knowledge of the web and mobile applications technologies
- Bachelor degree in cybersecurity, computer science/engineering
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of ML
- Proficiency in data visualization frameworks/tools (plotly, dash, matplotlib)
- Experience in banking/ecommerce anti-fraud or background in cybersecurity
