في هذا الدور، ستستخدم مهاراتك القوية في الاستشارات والأعمال والقيادة في مجال الأمن السيبراني لدعم فرق تطوير الأعمال، وتعزيز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية لخدمات الأمن السيبراني لـ Group-IB في السوق، وقيادة الفكر، وتوليد الطلب على خدمات الأمن السيبراني، وإدارة مشاريع الخدمات ضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة، وتطوير خرائط رحلة العملاء. ستحظى بخبرة فريدة في إدارة تقديم مجموعة متنوعة من خدمات الأمن السيبراني التي تقدمها أربع ممارسات: استشارات الدفاع السيبراني، التدريب، الطب الشرعي الرقمي والاستجابة للحوادث، واختبار الاختراق (Red Teaming)، بما في ذلك الخدمات المستقلة أو المشاريع المشتركة بين الممارسات. ستكون مسؤولاً عن العمل مع عملائنا والاستفادة من قدرات Group-IB وقاعدة المعرفة الواسعة لمعالجة مشاكل الأمن السيبراني التي تواجهها المؤسسات اليوم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توليد خدمات الأمن السيبراني: إجراء اجتماعات العملاء ودعم المبيعات عبر محفظة خدمات الأمن السيبراني، ومعالجة الطلبات الواردة وتطوير حلول مخصصة للعملاء، وإدارة دورة حياة الفرص بما في ذلك الإشراف على المشاريع والتحقق من المخرجات وتقديم ملخصات تنفيذية للعملاء، ومتابعة ما بعد الخدمة، وتصميم خريطة رحلة مخصصة للعميل، وتنسيق المشاريع المعقدة التي تشمل ممارسات خدمية متعددة.
- التطوير الاستراتيجي: تحديد الأسواق الجديدة وفرص النمو والشراكات الاستراتيجية، وتطوير مبادرات الأمن السيبراني طويلة المدى على المستوى الوطني.
- تعزيز العلامة التجارية: تطوير محتوى موجه للإدارة العليا وقيادة الفكر في مجال الأمن السيبراني، وتمثيل المنظمة في الفعاليات الإقليمية ذات الصلة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أمن المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- 6 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الأمن السيبراني.
- خبرة في قيادة تقديم خدمات الأمن السيبراني.
- يفضل: درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل: نشر كتب أو أبحاث صناعية في مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل: شهادات في الأمن السيبراني (مثل CISSP, CISM, GIAC).
- يفضل: خبرة في قيادة تقييمات الأمن السيبراني مثل تمارين الطاولة (TTX)، نمذجة التهديدات، تقييم الضوابط الأمنية، استخبارات التهديدات السيبرانية (CTI)، اختبار الاختراق (Red Teaming)، تقييم الاختراق.
- يفضل: خبرة في إدارة حوادث الأمن السيبراني.
- يفضل: خبرة في مشاريع استشارات الأمن السيبراني مثل تطوير النضج، تطوير SOC.
- يفضل: معرفة بأطر العمل الأمنية (مثل ISO 27000, NIST CSF).
- يفضل: القدرة على عرض مفاهيم الأمن لجماهير متنوعة (تقنية وتنفيذية).

About The Role
- In this role, by applying strong consulting, business and leadership skills in the cybersecurity domain, you will support business development teams, facilitate Group-IB cybersecurity services brand awareness progression on the market, drive thought leadership, generate a demand for cybersecurity service engagements and lead service projects under tight deadlines, developing a customer journey maps following up on service engagements.
- You will have unique experience in service delivery management of a diverse range of cybersecurity services offered by 4 practices: cyber defense consulting, training, digital forensics and incident response, red teaming areas including standalone services or cross-practice engagements requiring multiple skill domains.
- You will be responsible for working with our clients and utilize Group-IB services capabilities, extensive knowledge base and security approach, to help address cyber problems organisations are facing today. Group-IB is a recognized leader in threat intelligence, incident response services, fraud protection.
- Our unique combination of experience responding to the most complex breaches (more that 1500 incident response engagements) over 21 years of Group-IB history, high-end cyber threat and fraud intelligence, extended detection and response (XDR) technology protecting clients around the globe, unique experience in high-tech crime investigations and collaborations with Law Enforcement agencies (INTERPOL, EUROPOL, AFRIPOL), geographical presence across APAC, META, Europe, Central Asia, LATAM regions, ensures Group-IB has an outstanding visibility about today’s cyber threat landscape and capacity to protect clients from a diverse range of cybersecurity challenges.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in cyber security.
- Experience in leading cybersecurity services delivery
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Published books or industry research in a related field
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC).
- Experience in leading cyber security assessments, i.e. Table-Top Exercises (TTX), threat modeling, security controls assessment and validation, cyber defense cyber threat intelligence (CTI), red teaming, compromise assessment.
- Experience in cybersecurity incidents management
- Experience in cybersecurity consulting projects such as maturity progression, SOC development
- Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST CSF).
- Ability to present security concepts to audiences (e.g., technical and executive).
- Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
