نبذة عن الوظيفة

نحن نبحث عن مدير مالي استراتيجي، ذو خبرة عالية، ويتسم بالنزاهة، للانضمام إلى فريق افتتاح فندق Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. سيكون التقرير المباشر إلى المدير العام، مع تقديم تقارير غير مباشرة إلى المدير المالي الإقليمي ونائب الرئيس للشؤون المالية التشغيلية. وستكون عضوًا أساسيًا في فريق القيادة بالفندق، المسؤول بشكل جماعي عن القرارات الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية الرئيسية للفندق. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن حماية أصول الفندق وموارده المالية، وتوفير معلومات مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب، ووضع وتطبيق ضوابط داخلية قوية، وتقديم المشورة المالية السليمة للإدارة العليا. ستضمن أن يعمل الفندق بكامل الامتثال للوائح المحلية، وسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها، وشروط وأحكام اتفاقية الإدارة. وكقائد أول، ستكون أيضًا داعمًا ثقافيًا للقاعدة الذهبية (Golden Rule)، داعمًا بيئة عمل يتم فيها تقدير الموظفين وتطويرهم وتمكينهم لتقديم تجارب استثنائية للنزلاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • توفير معلومات مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب وذات مغزى لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية.
  • توجيه إعداد الميزانيات السنوية، خطط الأعمال، التوقعات، والتوقعات المالية طويلة الأجل.
  • مراقبة الأداء المالي، تحليل اتجاهات الأعمال، وتقديم التوصيات لتعظيم الربحية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عمومًا، والمتطلبات القانونية المحلية، والسياسات المالية للشركة، واتفاقية الإدارة.
  • تقديم المشورة المالية والشراكة التجارية للمدير العام وفريق قيادة الفندق ورؤساء الأقسام.
  • الإشراف على إدارة التدفق النقدي، العلاقات المصرفية، النفقات الرأسمالية، رأس المال العامل، وإدارة المخاطر المالية.
  • ضمان وجود ضوابط مالية مناسبة عبر المحاسبة والمشتريات ومراقبة الأغذية والمشروبات والمجالات التشغيلية ذات الصلة.
  • التعاون مع العمليات وإدارة الإيرادات والمبيعات والتسويق والأغذية والمشروبات وقسم الغرف والموارد البشرية لدعم الأهداف التجارية والتشغيلية للفندق.
  • قيادة العلاقات مع المدققين الخارجيين والمؤسسات المالية والجهات التنظيمية وممثلي الملاك وفرق المالية في الشركة.
  • العمل كمحفز للتغيير من خلال تحديد تحسينات العمليات، وتقوية الأنظمة، ودعم مبادرات التحول في الأعمال.
  • توظيف وقيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق المالية، وتعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والشفافية والنزاهة والتحسين المستمر.
  • تعزيز القاعدة الذهبية لفور سيزونز من خلال خلق بيئة عمل محترمة وداعمة يتمكن فيها الموظفون من الأداء بأفضل ما لديهم.
  • دعم أنشطة ما قبل الافتتاح، وتنفيذ الأنظمة، والإعداد المالي، وتطوير السياسات، والمشاريع الاستراتيجية حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • يُفضل بشدة الحصول على مؤهل مهني في المحاسبة مثل CPA أو CA أو ACCA أو CMA أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة مثبتة كمدير مالي أو مساعد مدير مالي أو دور قيادي مالي أول في فندق فاخر أو بيئة ضيافة دولية.
  • معرفة تقنية قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عمومًا وممارسات المالية في الفنادق.
  • معرفة شاملة بجميع المجالات الرئيسية في المالية، بما في ذلك المحاسبة والمشتريات ومراقبة الأغذية والمشروبات والائتمان وتدقيق الإيرادات والرواتب والحسابات الدائنة ومراقبة التكاليف والتقارير المالية.

About the location:

Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

About The Role

We are seeking a strategic, highly experienced, and integrity-driven Director of Finance to join the opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting directly to the General Manager, with dotted line reporting to the Regional Director of Finance and Vice President Operations Finance, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team, collectively responsible for key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.

In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the hotel’s assets and financial resources, providing timely and accurate financial information, establishing and enforcing strong internal controls, and offering sound financial counsel to senior leadership. You will ensure that the hotel operates in full compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and procedures, and the terms and conditions of the Management Agreement.

As a senior leader, you will also serve as a cultural advocate of the Golden Rule, supporting a workplace where people are valued, developed, and empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and oversee all Finance functions, including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Purchasing, Information Technology, Cost Control, Income Audit, Credit, Accounts Payable, General Cashier, Payroll, Receiving, and related financial operations.
  • Safeguard hotel assets and financial resources by establishing, maintaining, and enforcing effective internal controls.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and meaningful financial information to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Direct the preparation of annual budgets, business plans, forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze business trends, and provide recommendations to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, local statutory requirements, corporate financial policies, and the Management Agreement.
  • Provide financial counsel and business partnership to the General Manager, Hotel Leadership team, and department heads.
  • Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, capital expenditure, working capital, and financial risk management.
  • Ensure proper financial controls are in place across Accounting, Purchasing, Food & Beverage Control, and related operational areas.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, and People & Culture to support the hotel’s commercial and operational goals.
  • Lead relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, ownership representatives, and corporate finance teams.
  • Act as a catalyst for change by identifying process improvements, strengthening systems, and supporting business transformation initiatives.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote the Four Seasons Golden Rule by creating a respectful and supportive workplace where employees are empowered to perform at their best.
  • Support pre-opening activities, system implementations, financial setup, policy development, and strategic projects as required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, or senior finance leadership role within a luxury hotel or international hospitality environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and hotel financial practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all key areas within Finance, including Accounting, Purchasing, Food & Beverage Control, Credit, Income Audit, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Cost Control, and Financial Reporting.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational needs and contribute to key strategies and business decisions.
  • Highest level of integrity, transparency, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Strong leadership and talent management skills, with a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and as an employee champion within the hotel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with hospitality financial systems & platforms, property management systems, and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
