القدية تبحث عن مدير مشروع أول (Del 425) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، حيث ستتولى قيادة والإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع رئيسية تتماشى مع رؤيتنا للتميز، مع التركيز على التخطيط والتنفيذ والتسليم وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والمواعيد والميزانية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جهود إدارة المشروع لـ DEL 425، وضمان التنفيذ الناجح للمشروع من البداية حتى الإغلاق.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط مشروع شاملة تشمل إدارة النطاق والميزانية والجدول الزمني.
- التنسيق الفعّال مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة والمقاولين والشركاء الخارجيين لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وأدائه باستخدام الأدوات والتقنيات المناسبة، وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة لإبقاء المشاريع على المسار الصحيح.
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة للمشروع ووضع استراتيجيات للتخفيف من تأثيرها.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن تحديثات المشروع إلى الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، وضمان التواصل الفوري حول حالة المشروع.
- تعزيز العمل الجماعي وثقافة المساءلة بين أعضاء فريق المشروع.
- إجراء تقييمات ما بعد المشروع لاستخلاص الدروس المستفادة وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات في المشاريع المستقبلية.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية ولوائح السلامة في جميع مراحل المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة المشاريع أو الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضل في قطاعي الإنشاءات أو البنية التحتية.
- سجل حافل في تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق والميزانية.
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات وأدوات وأفضل ممارسات إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات قيادية ممتازة مع القدرة على تحفيز وإدارة فرق المشروع بفعالية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية متميزة.
- إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع وحزمة Microsoft Office Suite.
- قدرات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
- شهادة PMP (Project Management Professional) مفضلة بشدة.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they meet the required quality standards, are completed on time, and adhere to budget constraints.

- Lead project management efforts for DEL 425, ensuring successful project execution from initiation through closure
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline management
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, contractors, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and performance using relevant tools and techniques, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of project status
- Foster teamwork and a culture of accountability among project team members
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout all project phases
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
