معادن، إحدى أسرع شركات التعدين نمواً في العالم وأكبر شركة تعدين ومعادن متعددة السلع في الشرق الأوسط، تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في حقل خريص بالسعودية لمسمى مدير تطوير الموارد (Manager, Resource Development).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- يكون قائداً فعالاً في مجال السلامة.
- وضع وقيادة برامج عمل تطوير الموارد لتحقيق استراتيجية الأعمال والأهداف والمؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء.
- تطوير استراتيجيات وخطط وموازنات الحفر بالتعاون مع مدير تطوير الموارد وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين، مع التركيز على تطوير المشاريع وفقاً للجدول الزمني عالي المستوى لمعادن.
- تقديم الإطار الفني والتوجيه والمراجعة النظرية لأهداف تطوير الموارد لفريق الموقع لتحقيق أهداف البرنامج.
- قيادة التحسين المستمر في فهم الجيولوجيا الاقتصادية للمناطق المستهدفة المحددة.
- تفسير نتائج الحفر وتقديم رؤى جيولوجية وتوصيات لدعم تقدير الموارد والتحسين وقرارات تخطيط التطوير.
- دعم إنشاء نظرة عامة لخمس سنوات على أعمال تطوير الموارد وتوقعات تسليم النمو وموازنة المشاريع وتقدمها للمشاريع التطويرية المنسجمة مع استراتيجية النمو لمعادن.
- إنشاء وموازنة برنامج عمل تفصيلي لتطوير الموارد لمدة عامين لتحقيق الالتزامات التجارية.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتأكيد أن خطط العمل مسؤولة اجتماعياً وبيئياً وإدارة الأراضي من خلال تطبيق معايير الحوكمة.
- تتبع الأداء مقابل المؤشرات الرئيسية المحددة، وتقديم تحديثات وتحليلات منتظمة.
- ضمان التعاون بين الفرق الفنية وفرق الدراسة والفرق الوظيفية الداعمة وشركاء الأعمال لحل تحديات التنفيذ والاستفادة من التآزر.
- تحديث والتحقق من البرامج استجابة للبيانات الجديدة والظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية.
- تطبيق معايير فنية وإدارتها لتأكيد العمليات الآمنة والإنتاجية ودفع أفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة مهنية في علوم الجيولوجيا أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في مشاريع الاستكشاف وتطوير الموارد داخل صناعة التعدين.
- الإلمام بقطاع التعدين والمعادن والاستكشاف في المملكة العربية السعودية (اختياري).

- التقنيات الحالية والجديدة المتوقعة وإمكانية تطبيقها.
- أنشطة الاستكشاف والتطوير (الحقول الخضراء والبنية) في بيئات جغرافية متنوعة.
- أساسيات إدارة المشاريع، والقيادة، ومهارات التواصل القوية وإدارة الأداء.
- حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
- كفاءة متقدمة في تصميم برامج الاستكشاف وتطوير الموارد وإدارة المحافظ.
- قدرة كفؤة على تحليل البيانات المعقدة واستخلاص رؤى مفيدة.
- كفاءة أساسية في أدوات تصور البيانات (PowerBI، برامج جيولوجية ثلاثية الأبعاد، قواعد البيانات، برامج نمذجة الموارد).
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية كفؤة.

Key Accountabilities
- Be an active safety leader.
- Establish, lead, and drive resource development work programs to achieve the business strategy, targets, KPIs.
- Develop drilling strategies, plans, and budgets in collaboration with the Director of Resource Development and other stakeholders, emphasizing project advancement in line with Maaden’s high level project schedule.
- Provide the technical framework, guidance, and peer review of resource development targets to the site-based team in achieving program objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement in understanding of the economic geology of identified target areas.
- Interpret drilling results and provide geological insights and recommendations to support resource estimation, optimization, and development planning decisions.
- Support creation of a 5-year overview of resource development work, resource growth delivery forecast, budget, and project pipeline advancement for development projects aligned to Maaden’s growth strategy and business plan.
- Create and budget a detailed 2-year resource development work program to deliver business commitments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm work plans are socially and environmentally responsible and Lands management through application of governance standards.
- Track performance against established KPIs, provide regular updates and analysis.
- Ensure collaboration between technical teams, study and supporting cross functional teams, and business partners to solve execution challenges and leverage synergies.
- Update and validate programs in response to new data and economic, social, and environmental conditions.
- Apply and govern the technical standards to confirm safe operations, productivity and drive standard methodology.
Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Professional Degree in Geological Science or related degree
- 12+ years of experience in both exploration and resource development projects within the mining industry.
- Familiarity with KSA mining, minerals, and exploration sector (optional)
