تعلن شركة معادن عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى رئيس قسم عمليات التدريب (Training Operation Section Head) في مدينة رأس الخير بالمنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن إدارة الموارد البشرية - إدارة المسار الوظيفي. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى قيادة عمليات التدريب وضمان جاهزية القوى العاملة في قطاع الألمنيوم بالشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ترجمة متطلبات القوى العاملة من إدارة المسار الوظيفي ووحدات الأعمال إلى خطة تدريب سنوية ومتجددة تشمل البرامج التشغيلية والفنية والقيادية والامتثالية والتأهيلية، مع دمج مدخلات العمليات والسلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة وتطوير المنظمة والقيادة المباشرة.
- إدارة عمليات التدريب من البداية إلى النهاية (الاستلام، الترشيحات، الموافقات، الجدولة، التنفيذ، التحقق من الحضور، وحفظ السجلات) وضمان الالتزام ببرامج مثل CDP وJQP وPDP وEAP وCOOP وبرامج اللغة الإنجليزية والتدريب الموقعي والدورات الخارجية والجلسات الفنية الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة، التعليم، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات ولا تزيد عن 12 سنة في مجال عمليات التدريب، تطوير القدرات، أو جاهزية القوى العاملة في قطاعات التصنيع أو التعدين أو الصناعات الثقيلة.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات التدريب، وحوكمة التدريب الامتثالي، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة في بيئة صناعية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- التخطيط لعمليات التدريب، الجدولة، وتقديم الخدمات.
- إدارة مصفوفات الامتثال، وتتبع شهادات تشغيل المعدات المتنقلة، والتحكم في أدلة المراجعة.
- إدارة الموردين والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر الوظائف المختلفة.
- إعداد التقارير والتحليلات (إتقان Excel ومفاهيم Power BI).

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
To own, govern, and assure end-to-end training delivery and workforce readiness for Maaden Aluminum by leading training operations, compliance execution, assessment governance, and capability enablement across Ras Al Khair and Al Ba’itha, the role ensures training plans are executable, audit-ready, and aligned with operational priorities, safety requirements, and Career Management governance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Training Strategy Translation & Integrated Planning
- Translate Career Management and BU workforce requirements into a consolidated annual and rolling training execution plan covering operational, technical, leadership, compliance, and qualification programs.
- Integrate inputs from Operations, EHSS, OD, and line leadership into executable training plans aligned with production schedules, shutdown windows, and site constraints.
2. Training Operations Governance & Execution Assurance
- Own end-to-end training operations governance (intake, nominations, approvals, scheduling, delivery, attendance validation, and records).
- Ensure disciplined execution of CDP, JQP, PDP, EAP, COOP, English programs, site training, vendor courses, and internal technical sessions.
- Set standard operating procedures (SOPs), service-level expectations, and execution rhythms for the Training Operations team.
3. EHSS & Mandatory Training Compliance
- Accountable for mandatory training and compliance readiness across Aluminum BU, including inductions, refreshers, certifications, and emergency readiness training.
- Govern the EHSS and mandatory training matrix, overdue closure mechanisms, and escalation of high-risk non-compliance to BU leadership.
4. Assessment Systems, Qualification & Analytics Governance
- Own governance of assessment systems (QMP), question banks, exam integrity, access controls, and assessment lifecycle standards.
- Own training analytics, dashboards, KPI definitions, data quality controls, and reporting packs submitted to leadership.
5. Capability Enablement & Operations Interface
- Enable Operations by ensuring Department Capability & Safety Training Leads have clear standards, tools, and governance for OJT, practical verification, and safety‑critical approvals.
- Support role-based learning paths, assessor/coach readiness, and risk-based competence verification frameworks.
6. Evidence Management & Audit Readiness
- Accountable for audit-ready training and competence records across all training streams (attendance, certificates, assessments, OJT and practical verification).
- Ensure disciplined evidence storage, traceability, and retention using approved SharePoint, Teams, and system structures.
7. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as senior interface with Operations leadership, EHSS, OD, Finance, IT, and external partners.
- Govern training vendors, assessment providers, and system suppliers in line with contracts, SLAs, quality standards, and cost controls.
8. People Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop the Training team through clear goals, performance management, capability building, and succession readiness.
- Drive standardization, process improvement, automation, and cycle‑time reduction across training delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, Education, or a related discipline.
Solid knowledge of training operations, compliance training governance, and stakeholder management within an industrial environment. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with LMS and assessment platforms is preferred
Minimum Experience:
- 8-12 of experience in training operations, capability development, or workforce readiness roles within manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry.
Skills:
- Training operations planning, scheduling, and service delivery.
- Compliance matrix management, mobile equipment operator certification tracking, and audit evidence control.
- Vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Reporting and analytics (advanced Excel; Power BI concepts).
