شركة معادن تعلن عن توفر وظيفة (جيولوجي) في السعودية، للعمل في عمليات التعدين والإشراف على الأنشطة الجيولوجية الميدانية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- المشاركة في التدريب على السلامة وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة.
- إجراء الخرائط الجيولوجية والهيكلية وأخذ عينات من المنجم.
- المساعدة في جمع وتحليل البيانات الجيولوجية.
- إدارة جهاز أخذ العينات والمراقب الميداني، وجمع البيانات وكتابة التقارير في نهاية الوردية.
- تنفيذ عمليات ترميز الخام (Ore markups).
- الإشراف على (ROMPAD) لضمان تنفيذ خطة التفجير.
- مساعدة جيولوجي المنجم الأول في التنبؤ بالتحكم بالدرجة (Grade Control)، و(BMM) وتقارير العمليات اليومية.
- مساعدة جيولوجي المنجم في تخطيط حفر التحكم بالدرجة (RC).
- إدارة موقع (RCGC) اليومي وضمان جودة العينات.
- إجراء تسجيل (RCGC) ومتابعة المختبر لإرسال العينات والتحقق من قاعدة البيانات.
- تقديم الخبرة الجيولوجية لضمان أفضل ممارسات التعدين.
- استخدام البرامج الجيولوجية لتحليل وتفسير البيانات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للنتائج الجيولوجية وإعداد التقارير.
- التعاون مع مهندسي التعدين وغيرهم من المتخصصين في الموقع.
- جمع تقارير الجيولوجيا الأسبوعية ودمجها في تقرير واحد، بالإضافة إلى بيانات العمليات الشهرية.
- تفسير البيانات والمعلومات المجمعة، وتسجيل وعينات من لب الحفر باستخدام تقنيات جيولوجية معتمدة.
- دعم مطابقة النموذج-المنجم-الطاحونة واستخدام النتائج لتحسين نماذج الموارد.
- مراقبة وتقييم وتقديم تقارير أداء المرؤوسين المباشرين.
- مراقبة وتقييم وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات الفنية والتشغيلية الحالية في مجال علوم الأرض.
- تنظيم عمليات الدعم الجيولوجي لجميع المناجم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الجيولوجيا.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في عمليات التعدين المكشوف أو تحت الأرض.
- خبرة في استخدام برامج الجيولوجيا ثلاثية الأبعاد مثل Leapfrog و Surpac.
- إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office.
- إتمام الدورات الرئيسية في التحكم بالدرجة (Grade Control).

- مهارات تحليلية وتفكير استراتيجي وحل المشكلات.
- النزاهة والتملك والتواصل الفعال.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in safety training and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct geological, structural mapping and sampling of mine.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of geological data.
- Manage the sampler and the spotter on site, collect data, and write reports at the end of the shift.
- Perform Ore markups.
- ROMPAD supervision to make sure that the bleeding plan is executed
- Assist the Senior Mine Geologist for the grade control prediction, BMM and daily mine operation reporting
- Assist the mine geologist for RC grade control drilling planning
- Manage the daily RCGC site and make sure the sample quality is in place
- Perform RCGC logging, follow up with lab for sample dispatch and database validation.
- Provide geological expertise to ensure optimal mining practices.
- Use geological software’s to analyze and interpret data
- Maintain accurate records of geological findings and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with mining engineers and other professionals on site.
- Collect the weekly geology report and compile them into one report and monthly operations data.
- Interprets gathered data/information, logs and samples borehole drill cores utilizing accepted geological techniques.
- Support model-mine-mill reconciliation and use results to drive improvements in Resource Models.
- Monitor, evaluate and report the performance of direct reports.
- Monitor, evaluate and apply current industry technical and operational best practice in the field of geosciences.
- Organize processes of geological support for all the mines.
