1. WH operation management:

• Coordinate Daily Workflow: Prioritize based on WH manager instructions process between the inbound and outbound shipments to meet strict delivery deadlines.
• WH team management:
• Manage & Document shift A to shift B handover process on daily basis by holding daily brief meeting with WH staff for highlighting operation priorities & challenges
• Leading training process for newly hired WH operation staff.
• Acting as 1st point of contact for WH staff for planning staff leaves and arranging back-up plans to avoid ant operations impact.
• WMS Management: Maintain real-time data integrity in the Warehouse Management System.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the "pick-pack-ship" process and report to WH manager.
• Equipment Coordination: Schedule P/M (preventive maintenance) or any other type of maintenance based on company policy for in-hand WH equipment & archive supporting documentation
• Reporting: provides related operation reports daily / weekly / monthly report based on department standard reporting process to department head.

2. Inventory & Quality Control

• Cycle Counting:
• Continuous Count: Lead & perform daily continuous inventory counts for each SKU to maintain fixed 100% stock accuracy and report any inventory discrepancy immediate on timely manner.
• Scheduled Counts: Lead & perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming / Outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies against purchase orders (Pos) or Sales orders (SOs).
• Space Management: Optimize "slotting" (where items are stored) based on velocity and size to reduce picker travel time.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Safety Ownership: Ensure 100% compliance of all WH staff with company’s EHS policies and coordinate proper safety training to the WH team.
• Hazardous/ DG Materials handling knowledge: Manage the proper storage and documentation of Hazardous Material or temperature-sensitive goods.
• Incident Reporting: Document and investigate "near-misses" or accidents In Time to prevent future occurrences.
• WH facility & Compliance ownership: ensures proper training & adherence of WH staff to the standard WH environment compliance procedures and immediately reporting in case of any violation or disruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent with fluent written & spoken English
• Language Skills: Fluent written & spoken English is a must, Chinese language knowledge will be an asset.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations preferred in high tech or similar fast-paced environment, with good knowledge of WH compliance process (such 5S process).
• Certifications: preferred to be holding a Dangerous Cargo Declaration/Certificate (from IATA or similar).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) inventory methods.
