تعلن شركة Future Pipe Industries (مقرها الشرقية - الدمام) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس متدرب (للسعوديين فقط) بهدف تأهيل الخريجين الجدد وتطوير مهاراتهم في بيئة التصنيع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في مراقبة أنشطة الإنتاج اليومية لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- التعرف على عمليات التصنيع وتعليمات العمل والإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية وتطبيقها.
- دعم فرق الإنتاج لتحقيق المستهدفات اليومية.
- المساهمة في تقليل هدر المواد وتحسين كفاءة الإنتاج.
- دعم أنشطة التوثيق وإعداد التقارير الإنتاجية.
- اتباع معايير وإجراءات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة.
- مساعدة فريق مراقبة الجودة (QC) أثناء عمليات الفحص والاختبار.
- التنسيق مع فريق الصيانة عبر الإبلاغ عن أعطال المعدات التي تؤثر على الإنتاج.
- العمل مع المخازن لضمان توفر المواد اللازمة لأنشطة الإنتاج.
- التواصل الفعّال مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة والتخطيط والصيانة.
- دعم الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حديث التخرج حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في أحد تخصصات الهندسة.
- الإلمام بعمليات الإنتاج ومراقبة الجودة يُعد ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
- حماس ورغبة صادقة في التعلم.
- الاستعداد للتعاون والنمو في بيئة مهنية.
- القدرة على التكيف بسرعة والعمل بكفاءة في بيئة ديناميكية.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Learn and follow manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Support production teams in achieving daily production targets.
- Help minimize material waste and improve production efficiency..
- Support production documentation and reporting activities.
Quality
- Follow company quality standards and procedures.
- Assist the Quality Control (QC) team during inspections and testing.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Maintenance by reporting equipment issues affecting production.
- Work with Stores to ensure materials are available for production activities.
- Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams.
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving production objectives.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control is a plus
