About the Role:

The Internal Communication Specialist supports the development and execution of the hospital's internal communication strategy, ensuring a consistent and reliable flow of information across all organizational units - while driving engagement, clarity, and alignment with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the hospital's internal communication strategy in alignment with the organizational vision.
• Monitor internal communication channels to ensure accurate and timely information flow across all departments.
• Follow up on employee inquiries related to communications and publications, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication channels.
• Prepare, present, and maintain specialized reports, documents, and recommendations in line with approved policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

🎓 Fresh graduates eligible for the Tamheer (تمهير) program.

💡 Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

📊 Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

🤝 Ability to collaborate across departments and engage with diverse stakeholders.

📝 Interest in organizational communication, media, or public relations.
