- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers in finding products and provide information on features, pricing, and promotions

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

- Stay knowledgeable about the latest beauty trends, products, and promotions to provide expert recommendations to customers

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Strong passion for beauty products and willingness to learn about new products and trends

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
