المهام والمسؤوليات

الشروط والمتطلبات

- 3-5+ سنوات من الخبرة في تحليل البيانات، إعداد التقارير، التصور، أو التطوير باستخدام Python.
- إتقان متقدم في Python أو لغة برمجة عامة أخرى.
- معرفة عملية بـ Smartsheet و SAP و JIRA و Tableau.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather business data and reporting requirements from stakeholders and business owners within the Manufacturing domain to monitor operational performance metrics.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights for operational teams.
- Transform, integrate, and improve data in line with evolving business requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define key performance indicators and automate reporting tools and techniques.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and modeling to support business forecasting and scenario planning.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
- Visualize performance data in standardized live dashboard formats.
- Connect to various systems and a data warehouse to deliver data in accessible and meaningful formats across devices including laptops, mobile, and display screens.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, visualization, or Python-based development.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or another general-purpose programming language.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SAP, JIRA, and Tableau.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and surface actionable insights.
- Ability to approach data analysis from both top-down and bottom-up perspectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions.
- Strong project management capabilities, including task prioritization, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours including evenings and weekends as required.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with complex data analytics in a manufacturing context.
- Proficiency in SQL and additional data visualization tools.
- Understanding of automotive interior market dynamics and performance reporting.
- Cost engineering experience.
- Experience in supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and emerging technologies in interior components.
- Prior experience in a dynamic or start-up environment is an advantage.
- Experience working within an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier environment.
