المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم المدير المالي في أنشطة إدارة الصناديق والمحاسبة
- الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة لهياكل صناديق الاستثمار الخاص
- المساعدة في إعداد القوائم المالية وتقارير المستثمرين
- دعم عمليات استدعاء رأس المال والتوزيعات
- المساهمة في حساب صافي قيمة الأصول (NAV) وتقارير أداء الصندوق
- المساعدة في التحضير للتدقيق والتنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين
- المساهمة في بناء وتحسين عمليات محاسبة الصناديق مع نمو الأعمال
المهارات والخبرة المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في محاسبة الصناديق أو إدارة الصناديق، ويفضل في بيئة استثمار خاص
- فهم متين لهياكل صناديق الاستثمار الخاص ومبادئ المحاسبة

A private equity firm based in Riyadh is seeking a Fund Accountant to support the CFO as the business scales. This is a hands-on role within a growing fund administration and accounting function, suited to a candidate with relevant private equity or fund accounting experience who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the CFO across fund administration and fund accounting activities
- Maintain accurate financial records for private equity fund structures
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and investor reporting
- Support capital call and distribution processes
- Contribute to NAV calculations and fund performance reporting
- Assist with audit preparation and liaison with external auditors
- Help build and improve fund accounting processes as the business grows
- Prior experience in fund accounting or fund administration, ideally within a private equity environment
- Solid understanding of private equity fund structures and accounting principles
- Experience supporting senior finance stakeholders, including CFO-level
- Ability to work effectively in a scaling, lean team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
