تعلن شركة IntrepidGS عن توفر وظيفة مراقب/مرافق للعمالة المحلية والأجنبية (OCN Monitor/Escort) في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث ستتولى مرافقة ومراقبة الأفراد غير المصرح لهم داخل المناطق المحددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير تغطية مرافقة شاملة للعمالة المحلية والأجنبية (LN/OCN).
- التواصل مع العمالة المحلية والأجنبية عند نقطة الدخول المحددة بعد معالجة دخولهم واستلام شارات التبادل، وإطلاعهم على القواعد والإجراءات.
- مرافقة العمالة المحلية والأجنبية حتى انتهاء العمل اليومي وتطهير منطقة العمل من قبل أفراد القوة العسكرية المدربين، وخروج جميع العمالة من القاعدة أو العودة إلى المعسكرات.
- ضمان عدم إدخال العمالة المحلية والأجنبية أي مواد محظورة أو ممنوعة (مثل الأسلحة والمخدرات) إلى القاعدة.
- الحفاظ على رؤية جميع المركبات والأفراد أثناء أداء مهام المرافقة، وتوفير السلامة للذات وللأفراد المرافقين (مثل الإخلاء إلى ملجأ آمن في حالة الهجوم).
- إبلاغ مدير المشروع/الموقع وطاقم السلامة فورًا عن ظروف العمل غير الآمنة.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بممارسات النظافة العامة.
- الحفاظ على حالة استعداد ويقظة للاستجابة لأي طارئ، وإبلاغ الجهات المختصة عن أي سلوكيات أو تصريحات مشبوهة من العمالة.
- أداء المهام الأخرى التي يتم تكليفها بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية الأمريكية.
- جواز سفر أمريكي ساري المفعول (يفضل).
- رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية المفعول مع سجل قيادة جيد.
- القدرة على استيفاء جميع متطلبات سياسة الانتشار الحالية لقيادة القوات الأمريكية المركزية (USCENTCOM) وفقًا للتعديل الثامن عشر لسياسة الانتشار الفردي والوحدات الصادرة في أبريل 2023.
- القدرة على الحصول على تأشيرة إقامة سارية المفعول في البلد المضيف والحفاظ عليها.
- القدرة على العمل في ظروف بيئية قاسية تشمل الغبار ودرجات الحرارة المرتفعة.
- القدرة على تحمل ساعات العمل الطويلة والتعرض للظروف الجوية والخطرة.
- السفر بنسبة 100% إلى خارج البلاد (منتشر دوليًا).
- التصريح الأمني: NACI / Public Trust.

As the OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) you will escort un-cleared personnel into areas and monitor un-cleared personnel while performing work. You will log in and out all LN/OCN contractors and count personnel before and after they perform duties; notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.

Essential Job Functions
- Performs a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage.
- Makes contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges; providing and briefing them on rules and procedures.
- Escorts LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items (i.e. weapons, drugs, etc.).
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties. Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel (such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack).
- Notify Project/Site Manager and the Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
- Maintains an alert state of readiness and is prepared to properly respond to any situation that may occur; alerts appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- US Citizenship
- Valid US Passport (preferred)
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
