شركة IntrepidGS تعلن عن وظيفة قائد مرسل/مراقب (OCN Monitor/Escort Lead Dispatcher) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أي مهام تُسند لدعم المهمة.
- فهم شامل لواجبات ومسؤوليات المرافقين (Escorts).
- ضمان تنفيذ المرافقين لمراقبة الأفراد غير المصرح لهم (LN/OCN) في المناطق المحددة ومراقبتهم أثناء العمل، مع إجراء التصحيحات الفورية عند الحاجة.
- التأكد من أن المرافقين يسجلون دخول وخروج الأفراد من فئة LN/OCN بشكل صحيح، وأن يتم إجراء تعداد الأفراد قبل وبعد أداء المهام.
- الإشراف العام على الفريق لضمان إنجاز العمل اليومي وتطهير منطقة العمل بواسطة قوات حماية مدربة، وخروج جميع الأفراد من فئة LN/OCN من القاعدة أو العودة إلى المخيمات.
- ضمان التزام الفريق بجميع سياسات المرافقة المحلية.
- تقديم التدريب اللازم لضمان فهم المرافقين الكامل لسياسات الموقع ومسؤولياتهم والامتثال لها.
- نزع فتيل المشكلات باستمرار من خلال التواصل المهني والسريع.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات مع إدارة الأولويات المتنافسة لتحقيق أهداف الفريق.
- استخدام أجهزة الراديو المحمولة والهواتف الخلوية والحواسيب المحمولة وغيرها من الأجهزة للحفاظ على التواصل والمساءلة عن أنشطة العمل.
- العمل في نوبات متعددة (ليلاً، نهاراً، مساءً).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإشراف على عشرة أفراد أو أكثر.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل في الخارج.
- الجنسية الأمريكية.
- جواز سفر أمريكي ساري المفعول (مفضل).
- رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية (نسخة ورقية) مع سجل قيادة نظيف.
- القدرة على استيفاء جميع متطلبات سياسة النشر الحالية لـ USCENTCOM وفقًا للوثيقة APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN.
- القدرة على الحصول على تأشيرة إقامة سارية للكويت والحفاظ عليها.
- القدرة على العمل في ظروف بيئية قاسية تشمل الغبار ودرجات الحرارة المرتفعة.
- تحمل ساعات العمل الطويلة والتعرض للظروف الجوية والظروف الخطرة.
- السفر بنسبة 100% مع نشر في الخارج.
- تصريح أمني من مستوى NACI/Public Trust.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات إشرافية مثبتة تشمل التخطيط والتنظيم والتوجيه والرقابة مع قدرات قوية على اتخاذ القرارات.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض وحل النزاعات لقيادة الفريق نحو التوافق.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (شفوية وكتابية واستماع).
- القدرة على التفاعل مع الموظفين على جميع المستويات من LN/OCN إلى كبار التنفيذيين.
- إلمام باستخدام أجهزة الراديو المحمولة والهواتف الخلوية والحواسيب المحمولة.

As the OCN Monitor/Escort Lead Dispatcher, under general oversight and guidance from the Site Manager (SM) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM), you will provide supervision of others and provide day-to-day task management. May require detailed knowledge of local mission and site policies and SOPs. Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of a team up to 20 Escorts. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensures mission success. It is the Lead’s duty to (in coordination with the SM and ASM) maintain a safe workplace, to ensure that site policies are followed, quality standards are met, and tasks are completed on time. As the OCN Monitor Lead, you must demonstrate skill in these areas and emphasize experience in related positions and activities. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Example: Vehicle control officer, In Country Liaison, etc…

Essential Job Functions
- Performs any duties assigned to support the mission.
- Have a thorough understanding of the duties and responsibilities of the Escorts.
- Ensure team of Escorts adequately execute monitoring of un-cleared personnel (LN/OCN) into areas and monitor personnel while performing work. Make on-the-spot corrections as required.
- Ensure Escorts are properly verifying LNs/OCNs personnel are logged in and out all and personnel counts are performed before and after they perform duties.
- Provide general supervision of team to ensure work is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Ensures all local base escorting policies are followed by your Team.
- Provide training as required to ensure Escorts fully understand and comply with site policies and Escort responsibilities.
- Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced multi-discipline team environment with the ability to managing competing priorities to achieve team goals. Proven supervisory skills to include effective planning, organizing, directing and controlling with strong decision-making capabilities. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to lead a team to consensus. Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and listening. Ability to interact with staff at all levels from LN/OCN to senior executives.
- Will use Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptop, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities.
- May have to work a multitude of shifts (nights, days, evenings)
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least two (2) years of supervising ten or more personnel.
- Must have at least two (2) years of prior experience working overseas.
- US Citizenship
- Valid US Passport (preferred)
- Physical (hard copy) valid US Driver's License with clean driving report
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Kuwait.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
