شركة الفنار (DAR Engineering)، إحدى الشركات الاستشارية الرائدة في مجال الهندسة والتصميم في السعودية والمتخصصة في توليد الطاقة ونقلها وتوزيعها والمستشفيات والمباني العالية، تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس حماية (ATC - AC) في جدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتكوين فريق عمل فعال.
  • توفير القيادة والتوجيه للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب العمل.
  • تفويض المهام للمرؤوسين في كل تكليف على حدة.
  • ضمان التوزيع العادل للمهام للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية وتحفيز المرؤوسين.
  • أداء الأنشطة المخططة لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفق جداول التسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف ضمن تكلفة ووقت مناسبين.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية تفصل الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخططة.
  • حل المشكلات ذات الصلة التي تطرأ وتصعيد أي مشكلات تشغيلية معقدة.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير رقابة وعمليات جودة فعالة بما في ذلك المواصفات.
  • تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة واضحة والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ضمن نطاق العمل لضمان السلامة والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Job Purpose

Functional Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
