The International Relations manager is responsible for developing and managing international partnerships, coordinating with foreign governmental entities and international organizations, supporting diplomatic engagement, and representing the organization in international initiatives. The role contributes to strengthening international cooperation, expanding strategic partnerships, and monitoring global developments relevant to the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with international organizations, governmental entities, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate international cooperation initiatives and partnership programs.
- Draft, review, and follow up on Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), cooperation agreements, and international correspondence.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, workshops, and international events.
- Coordinate communication with embassies, international organizations, and foreign stakeholders.
- Monitor international trends, policies, and best practices relevant to the organization's sector.
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations, and executive summaries for senior management.
- Support the implementation of international projects and cross-border initiatives.
- Facilitate internal coordination among departments regarding international engagements.
- Maintain records of international agreements and monitor their implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
