Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution
- Achieve sales targets across all assigned SKUs within the designated territory or route
- Expand distribution by increasing product availability and visibility across channels (TT, ET, SSV, Wholesale, etc.)
- Identify and acquire new customers to grow numeric coverage within the assigned area
- Track and minimize out-of-stock and expiry situations, ensuring FIFO compliance at every outlet
Field Execution
- Plan daily calls and follow the designated route or call cycle to ensure full market coverage
- Maintain strong physical presence in the market to ensure compliance with trade fundamentals
- Execute core field activities including stock rotation, merchandising, POSM deployment, signage, cooler placement, and promotional materials management
- Generate accurate pre-sell orders - including SKU details, quantities, and applicable promotions - for next-day delivery
Operations & Reporting
- Ensure timely order-taking, delivery coordination, and collection of cash or temporary credit in line with company credit policies
- Track performance metrics and contribute to problem-solving initiatives
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities, and report insights to line managers
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers including retailers, eateries, and outlets
- Collaborate with warehouse teams and delivery drivers to ensure smooth operations and accurate truck loading
- Ensure full execution of all company programs while maximizing brand presence in the market
Requirements
- University degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beverage, bottling, or FMCG industry
- Basic proficiency in English; Arabic is the working language
- Computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems or SAP is an advantage
- Valid light vehicle driving license
- Ability to work under pressure, follow designated routes, and adhere to company processes and policies
