Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution
- Achieve sales targets across all brand categories within the assigned territory
- Expand distribution by increasing numeric and weighted coverage across channels (TT, ET, SSV, Wholesale, etc.)
- Ensure consistent volume achievement and support market share growth initiatives
- Track and minimize out-of-stock and expiry situations
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Set SMART sales targets for salesmen and monitor performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews
- Coach, train, and develop frontline staff through work-withs, route rides, skill demonstrations, and one-on-one performance discussions
Field Execution
- Maintain strong physical presence in market to understand customer needs and ensure compliance with trade fundamentals
- Support execution of core field activities including delivery readiness, stock rotation, merchandising, POS deployment, and equipment management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all coolers installed in the assigned territory, including serial numbers, model types, installation dates, and outlet ownership details
Operations & Reporting
- Manage territory-level operations including depot oversight, stock availability, and cash/stock reconciliation in line with company norms
- Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, business reviews, and performance dashboards for internal and customer use
- Track and monitor customer credit and salesmen's temporary credit in the market
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and develop key clients to drive business expansion and unlock new opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, eateries, and key accounts to ensure sustainable growth
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, supply chain, logistics, marketing, commercial, and finance to ensure aligned execution
Market Intelligence
- Conduct continuous market scanning to monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities, and report insights to line managers
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and territory performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- University degree in Business Management
- 3-5 years of experience in the beverage, bottling, or FMCG industry
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office 2010 or later; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of statistical process control and problem-solving
- Flexibility, collaboration, teamwork, ethics, and integrity
