شركة (Confidential Jobs) تبحث عن Senior Production Engineer للعمل في المنطقة الشرقية، الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

الإشراف على عمليات الإنتاج اليومية لضمان تصنيع المنتجات في الوقت المحدد، وضمن الميزانية، ووفقاً لمعايير الجودة.
مراقبة عمليات الإنتاج، وتعديل الجداول الزمنية، وضمان الاستخدام الفعال للموارد.
ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
تحليل عمليات الإنتاج لتحديد مجالات التحسين في الكفاءة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
تطبيق ممارسات Lean Manufacturing أو Six Sigma لتقليل الهدر وتعزيز الإنتاجية.
التعاون مع فرق التصميم والجودة والصيانة لدفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
تشخيص وحل مشكلات الإنتاج المعقدة وأعطال المعدات.
تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه لفريق الإنتاج في استكشاف المشكلات التشغيلية وإصلاحها.
تطوير خطط طوارئ للتخفيف من مخاطر الإنتاج.
قيادة وتوجيه موظفي الإنتاج.
تنسيق الدورات التدريبية لضمان إتقان الموظفين لأحدث التقنيات وإجراءات السلامة.
تشجيع العمل الجماعي وضمان التواصل الفعال داخل قسم الإنتاج.
التعاون مع فريق ضمان الجودة لضمان مطابقة المنتجات للمعايير والمواصفات المطلوبة.
معالجة أي مخاوف أو حالات عدم مطابقة للجودة في الوقت المناسب وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

Oversee daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Monitor production processes, adjust schedules, and ensure the effective use of resources.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Diagnose and resolve complex production issues and equipment malfunctions.
Provide technical support and guidance to the production team in troubleshooting operational problems.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate production risks.
Lead and mentor production staff.
Coordinate training sessions to ensure staff are skilled in the latest technologies and safety procedures.
Encourage teamwork and ensure effective communication within the production department.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications.
Address any quality concerns or non-conformances in a timely manner and implement corrective actions.
