About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Summary**

Lead and supervise a team of station drivers, ensuring efficient and safe package delivery operations at a specific station for JD.com.

Job Responsibilities**

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of station drivers to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily dispatching, routing, and delivery activities, optimizing driver schedules and routes for efficiency.
• Monitor driver performance, including delivery speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Address and resolve driver and customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, customer service) to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with package loading and unloading, and perform driver duties when necessary.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using GPS, routing software, and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and delivery area geography.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
