تسعى شركة PepsiCo، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال المشروبات والوجبات الخفيفة، إلى توظيف قائد فريق عروض تجارية (Merchandiser Team Leader) للعمل في مكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مقارنة بيانات المبيعات للمنتجات التي يشرف عليها وتقديم التوصيات للإدارة بشأن الحلول الممكنة في حال انخفاض المبيعات، بما يشمل تعديل العروض أو نقلها إلى مواقع مختلفة داخل المتجر.
- إدارة أداء فريق العروض التجارية ومراقبة أدائهم.
- مراقبة الزيارات في منافذ البيع المحددة وفقاً لخطة الجولة اليومية التي يقدمها المشرف.
- عرض منتجات الشركة في نقاط الوصول المختلفة داخل المتاجر (الأرفف، الأكشاك، عروض الأرضية).
- إدارة وضع المواد الإعلانية في نقاط البيع حيثما ينطبق ذلك بجوار عروض الشركة.
- ضمان تجهيز جميع نقاط الوصول وفقاً لمخططات العروض المعتمدة.
- تدوير المنتجات باستخدام طريقة FIFO وإزالة المنتجات غير المطابقة للمواصفات.
- الحفاظ على مخزون نظيف وجديد من منتجات الشركة على الأرفف في جميع الأوقات.
- مراقبة الأنشطة التنافسية والإبلاغ عنها.
- الإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات عن الشروط المتفق عليها مع الزبون أو المنفذ المعين.
- المشاركة في حملات التذوق والاستبدال عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على المظهر الشخصي المناسب والسلوك المهني وفقاً لمدونة قواعد السلوك الخاصة بـ Frito Lay.

displays, moving to different locations within the store and manage the Merchandisers team performance

Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
Merchandising team leader is responsible for comparing sales data for products they handle and make
recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low. This may involve modifying
displays, moving to different locations within the store and manage the Merchandisers team performance
Accountabilities:
- Monitors Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
- Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
- Mange Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
- Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
- Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products.
- Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
- Monitor and report competitive activities.
- Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
- Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
- Execution Standard.
- Set Journey plan adherence.
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Management skills experience direct sales team.
- Service-level oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
