نبذة عن الوظيفة
الإشراف على جميع وظائف المستودع وضمان الامتثال للشروط التعاقدية وصيانة المعدات بشكل جيد لتقديم الخدمات للإنتاج والتخطيط والتصدير والسلامة والجودة وسلامة الأغذية وإدارة المنتجات النهائية والشحن، والتنسيق بين جميع الأقسام ومراكز التوزيع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة خطة اليوم مع AGRO لتفريغ شحنات البطاطس وإدارة تشغيل المخازن المبردة بالتنسيق مع AGRO والهندسة وفريق الجودة والسلامة الغذائية.
- تعميم تقرير IMPM شهرياً لإدارة التخطيط والمالية لوضع خطة لتصفية المواد بطيئة الحركة (IMPM).
- إعداد تقرير التقادم أسبوعياً ومتابعة الرفض الإلكتروني والمواد المرفوضة جودة مع إدارتي الجودة والتخطيط.
- متابعة معايرة موازين الشاحنات وخزانات الزيت وجميع معدات البطاطس (المخابئ وغيرها) بشكل ربع سنوي.
- رفع تقارير الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة وخطط الإجراءات التصحيحية على نظام MYEHS مع خطط عمل فعالة لأي حادث أو حادث وشيك.
- متابعة تنفيذ التحويلات الداخلية اليومية بين المصانع وفريق الإنتاج.
- إعداد تقرير حالة أوامر الشراء أسبوعياً لضمان تغطية جميع المرافق المطلوبة.
- متابعة فواتير الموردين والمدفوعات من البداية إلى النهاية للخدمات المقدمة من الموردين.
- مراجعة جميع الحركات في نظام SAP عبر إجراء اختبار نصي أسبوعي.
- إعداد تقرير المواد غير المتحركة شهرياً لمواد التغليف بالتنسيق مع التخطيط.
- الاعتماد اليومي ومراجعة المستندات التي يعالجها أمين المخزن/كاتب المخزن وفق عملية I2C.
- الامتثال لإجراءات التعامل مع المنصات (PIT) مع مشغلي الرافعات الشوكية وإدارة النفايات وفق جميع المتطلبات القياسية.
- متابعة فني الرافعات الشوكية للصيانة الوقائية للرافعات.
- مراجعة الجداول الزمنية الشهرية للعمالة المتعاقدة وتقديمها لإدارة الموارد البشرية.
- تطبيق إجراءات العمل الآمنة (SWP) لجميع سير العمل المتعلقة بالمستودعات.
- متابعة جداول التدريب السنوية للسلامة والرافعات الشوكية للطاقم لضمان الامتثال لمصفوفة التدريب وتعزيز الوعي بالسلامة.
- ضمان تحديث جميع التقارير اليومية والشهرية بما في ذلك مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتقرير المواد الموضوعة قيد الانتظار الجودة وإقفال نهاية الشهر وتسليمها بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الاستغلال الأمثل لمساحة المستودع في جميع الأوقات.
- متابعة أنشطة الورديات وضمان تدفق البضائع الواردة والصادرة وفق الإجراءات وسياسات الشركة.
- تقديم التوجيه لجميع الأصناف الجديدة (SKUs) والتطبيقات لطاقم المستودع بما في ذلك التحديثات الجديدة في الشركة.
- الحفاظ على معايير سلامة الأغذية من خلال مراجعة المستندات وتحديثها والتنسيق مع الفريق في الاجتماع اليومي.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية يومياً لضمان تحقيق الإنتاجية المستهدفة.
- التأكد من استخدام جميع المعدات بالطريقة الصحيحة عبر الفحص والتأكد من اتباع قائمة الفحص والتنسيق مع فريق الهندسة لأي أعطال.
- إعداد الخطة الأسبوعية وتوزيع المسؤوليات/الموارد لتغطية متطلبات الإنتاج والمبيعات.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع متطلبات المراجعة بما في ذلك اختبار فعالية الضوابط الداخلية COSO.
- تتبع جميع المواد الموضوعة قيد الانتظار جودة والتواصل مع فريق الجودة لضمان فعالية العملية من البداية إلى النهاية.
- متابعة المخزون يومياً وشهرياً ومعرفة السبب الجذري في حال وجود أي فروق.
- مراجعة المخزون الدوري شهرياً والتواصل مع المصانع المعنية.
- إجراء اجتماع ما قبل الوردية لتوزيع المهام اليومية مع التحديثات اللازمة.
- تنفيذ المهام الهامة المسندة من الإدارة ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد.
- الامتثال لمعايير AIB للحفاظ على التصنيف المتميز عبر متابعة التنظيف اليومي للمستودع ومراجعة الوثائق.
- المشاركة في جميع المشاريع المخصصة لتطوير المستودع لجعله مكاناً آمناً ونظيفاً باتباع سياسات وإجراءات الجودة والسلامة الغذائية.
- تنفيذ ومتابعة جميع عمليات شطب المخزون للتخلص منه.
- متابعة يومية لجميع المهام المعلقة للتفريغ والتحميل.
- متابعة فريق الهندسة لخدمات المعدات والصيانة الوقائية السنوية لجميع المعدات.
- متابعة توقيت الاستدعاء التجريبي من الاستلام حتى الإصدار للإنتاج لضمان فعالية الاستدعاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال سلسلة التوريد مع خبرة في وظائف متعددة، ويفضل في مجال المستودعات. الخبرة الإضافية في مؤسسة تصنيع غذائي تعتبر ميزة.
- القدرة على فهم رؤية العمل واتباعها باستمرار.
- قابلية سريعة للتكيف مع التقنيات الجديدة والاهتمام بتطوير المهارات التقنية.
- شهادة في التجارة أو المالية أو الدراسات الفنية.
- مؤهل في إدارة سلسلة التوريد/المستودعات.
- شخصية قيادية ذات تحفيز ذاتي وقادرة على تحديد وبدء وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

Supervise the overall functions of the Warehouse and ensure it complies with contractual terms and well-maintained equipment to provide services to Production, Planning, Export, EHS, Quality and Food safety, FGPM, & Freight and to be coordination point between all departments and DCs.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with AGRO for day-to-day plan for offloading potato consignments & Manage Cold Store operation in coordination with Agro, Engineering ,QFS team
- Monthly circulate IMPM report to planning and finance for liquidation plan for the slow moving materials (IMPM).
- Weekly prepare Ageing report and follow for online rejection and quality rejected materials with quality and planning department.
- Follow quarterly for the calibration of the weigh bridges, oil tanks, All potato equipment's (bunkers etc) .
- Uploading Incident & Near miss report, CAPA on MYEHS with effective action plans for any incident or near miss.
- Follow up for daily Internal transfer execution between plants & production team.
- Weekly preform PO Status report to ensure all the required utilities covered.
- Follow for the supplier invoices and payments end to end for Service provided by suppliers.
- Reviewing all movements in SAP by preforming weekly test script.
- Monthly Non-moving for packaging materials report align with planning.
- Daily basis acknowledge and review the documents proceeded by the storekeeper/Store clerk following I2Cprocess.
- Compliance PIT procedure with the FLT operators, Manage Waste Management all standard requirements.
- Follow with forklift technician for the pre maintenance of the FLT
- Monthly time sheet for the contract labors reviews and submit to HR.
- SWP implementation for all workflow related to warehouses.
- Follow for the safety & forklift yearly trainings schedule for the crew to comply with the training matrix forth empowerment of safety awareness.
- Ensuring all the daily and monthly reports including KPI, Quality Hold report, Month End Closing are accurately updated and delivered on timely manner.
- Ensuring optimum space utilization of the warehouse at all times.
- Follow-up shift activities and ensure all in bound and out bound flow is according to the procedure and company's policies.
- Giving orientation for all new SKUs, applications to warehouse crew Including new updates occuring in the company.
- Maintaining all Food Safety standards by reviewing documents and refreshing and aligning with team on dailymeeting.
- Tracking on daily bases KPI to ensure productivity is on target.
- Making sure of all equipment used in proper way by doing inspection and making sure check list has been followed and aligning with Engineering team for any breakdown issues.
- Preparing the Weekly plan and assign responsibilities/resources to cover production and sales requirement.
- Ensuring to Comply with all audit requirements including COSO test effectiveness.
- Tracking all Quality HOLD materials and communicating with Quality team for the process end to end effectiveness.
- Daily and monthly inventory followed and if any variance found tracking the route cause.
- SIT review on Monthly basis and communicate to the concern Plants.
- Preform pre shift meeting to allocate daily task with necessary updates.
- Execute important tasks delivered by management within the time frame.
- Comply with AIB standards in order to sustain superior rating by following warehouse daily cleaning and review of documentation.
- Involving in all allocated projects for the development of warehouse to make the warehouse a safe and hygienic place following QFS policies and procedures.
- Execute and follow for the entire write offs for the disposal.
- Daily basis following on all Pending tasks for offloading & loading.
- Follow-up with Eng, Team for equipment Services & yearly PM maintenance for all equipment’s.
- Follow up for the Mock recall timeline tracking receiving until issuances to production to make the Mock recall effective.
- Minimum two years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in warehouse business. Additional experience in a Food manufacturing-based organization, allowing the candidate to apply solutions across the whole supply chain is an advantage
- Learn and understand the business vision and openly and consistently follow it.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and deal to improve technical skills
- Holding a degree in Commerce, Finance or Technical studies.
- Qualification in supply chain / warehousing management
- A self-motivated and leader ship personality with the ability to identify, initiate and implement corrective actions.
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.
- Good English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Work with motivation, enthusiasm and ability to work with supervision.
