Job Title - Operations Manager - Food & Beverage (F&B) CINNABON

Department - Operations

Job Purpose

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, compliance with Saudi regulations, and achievement of business objectives. The role focuses on driving sales growth, controlling costs, improving service standards, and leading high-performing teams.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager within a food service or restaurant brand is required.
• Proven track record in managing multiple units, leading large teams, and driving sales and operational performance.
• Strong background in food quality, customer experience, cost control, and profitability management.
• Available to join as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage daily operations across assigned restaurants, cafes, or F&B outlets.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Monitor operational performance and take corrective actions where required.
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.

Financial Management

• Achieve sales, profitability, and budget targets.
• Monitor P&L performance and implement cost-control measures.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Control food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and workforce productivity.
• Foster a positive work culture focused on accountability and customer service.

Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional guest service standards across all locations.
• Address customer complaints and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction scores.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, municipality regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain HACCP and food safety requirements.
• Ensure all licenses, permits, and certifications remain valid.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Optimize stock control and inventory management processes.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Track KPIs and present performance updates to senior management.
• Recommend process improvements based on operational data.
