About the Opportunity

A leading non-profit organization in Riyadh, currently undergoing a comprehensive institutional transformation, is seeking to attract a specialized professional for the position of Employee Experience Specialist. The role holder will build and develop the employee experience function, with a scope of responsibility that includes strengthening organizational culture and leading internal communication initiatives across the organization, reporting directly to the Human Resources Department.

Job Purpose

To design and deliver an integrated employee journey and build a positive organizational culture that enhances belonging and productivity, through internal communication, recognition, events, and initiatives that reach all employees across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual employee experience plan covering the full employee journey, from attraction through to end of service
• Oversee the implementation of onboarding programs, measure their effectiveness, and enhance them based on measurement results
• Design and implement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, embed corporate values, and measure their impact
• Manage corporate recognition and incentive programs (internal excellence awards), from design through execution, linked to approved performance results
• Manage the employee voice channel (complaints and suggestions) and handle them within approved service-level standards
• Manage internal campaigns, events, and corporate occasions, from planning through execution and impact measurement
• Build and manage internal communication channels, produce written and visual content, measure communication reach and effectiveness, and conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings across all work locations
• Design and conduct employee pulse surveys, measure satisfaction and engagement, and translate results into documented improvement initiatives
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools in content production, survey analysis, and the automation of employee journey processes
• Monitor local and international best practices in employee experience and organizational culture, and recommend those suited to the work environment
• Prepare dashboards and periodic reports on employee experience indicators and submit development recommendations

Qualifications and Professional Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field supported by an accredited professional certification
• CIPD professional certification (Level 3 minimum preferred; Level 5 is a strong competitive advantage)
• A minimum of two years of practical experience in employee experience, internal communications, organizational culture, or a similar field

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrated hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools in the workplace (content production, analysis, automation)
• Design skills and visual content production using specialized tools
• Experience in managing internal campaigns and organizing corporate events
• Proficiency in survey tools, satisfaction measurement, and dashboards
• Professional Arabic writing and presentation skills; English proficiency is an additional advantage

Job Requirements
